    A very pleasant hotel. We had a lovely few days there. Clean and well-maintained. The service was very friendly. The bartenders, waiters, and entertainment staff encourage us to return. We've been to Tunisia many times, and this is one of the quieter hotel we've stayed in. The entertainment staff encourage guests to have fun, be entertained, and participate in various sports. The food, despite the limited selection, was very good and reasonably varied. There was plenty to choose from every day. A wider selection of fruits and vegetables at breakfast, such as fresh tomatoes, would be nice. Overall, I recommend this hotel if you enjoy peace and relaxation.

    I am writing to you to formally complain about the unacceptable behavior of the entertainer Lolita at your establishment. It has been observed on several occasions that this entertainer persistently solicits guests to write positive reviews in her name and for her friend. This practice is entirely inappropriate, puts guests in an awkward position, and undermines the transparency and authenticity of the reviews left about your establishment. Such behavior is not only unethical but also seriously damages the image and credibility of your hotel. Guests must be able to share their experiences freely, without pressure or influence.!!!!!!!!

    I had a really lovely stay and the staff made the holiday even better. The animation team were amazing — so friendly, always full of energy, and they made sure everyone felt included in the activities. They really helped create a fun atmosphere throughout the day.The shop staff, Loulo and Adele, were always having a laugh and were so welcoming every time we saw them. It made such a difference being greeted by friendly faces.At the bar, Yousif was brilliant — really kind and helpful, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble for him. The restaurant manager was also fantastic and would go out of his way to make food for you if there was something you wanted.Captain Jimmy was also really nice and made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, all of the staff were warm, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. I’d happily come back again.

    We spent 5 days in Neptunia Hotel, from 28 april to 2nd may. It was all good, we were a group of 80 people and we had a great time. Food was amazing and with a lot of variety, an open bar very efficient and kind crew. Managers were always open to provide all our needs. I really recommend this resort if you are looking for a peaceful vacation in Monastir.
