Amazing place with friendly staff. Was just before half term so was quiet and not all facilities where open.the water park was good for all ages life guards where very alert even though it was quiet. Snack bar wasnt the best but my kids loved the fresh pancakes and pizza that was brought out. Meals where good but selection wasn't as big as other place but the quality was better. There was stuff for picky eaters as there was always fries fresh paster and pizza. Water sports where very cheap i went jet skiing with my son and 4 of us went on the couch as well plus pictures for £100. Animation team were very good even though it was quiet. The park for the kids was good and football pitches where as well. Every member of staff was helpful. Our room was basic it did have a tv but no english chanels but was always clean and tidy .we didnt go to sit in the room we went for a holiday so had everything we needed SHDTHotels Guest Relations Manager, Revenue Management at Shems Holiday Village & Aquapark, responded to this review Thank you very much for your excellent rating and kind review. We had an amazing holiday at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the whole atmosphere was relaxing and friendly. A special thank you to the animation team — they were fantastic, energetic, and always made everyone smile. The activities and evening shows were great fun for both adults and children. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable. We would definitely come back again!
