Good hotel, there are still things that can be improved about the same, all in all a good experience.

Don't believe the pictures or the blurb about the hotel. Jungle park with zipline is overgrown and abandoned- you would need a chainsaw to cut through the trees growing in / around / tangled in the zipline. Builders ladder to get onto a netting area, the type with spikes on the end that should hold it to a roof... and the spikes were sticking outwards ready to stab anyone silly enough to try to climb it! The whole jungle park area looked like it hadn't been used in years. Tennis courts were closed, could see net was held up in the middle with a stick! No gym (also pictured in the advertising).No indoor pool (apparently under construction - the photo they advertise with must be AI generated).Rooms are old and very tired, after ground floor room getting flooded after a storm and having to argue for well over an hour for a clean dry room, we were given a room that had a hole in the wall where a hairdryer should be. Bed in front of balcony door, which we could only pull out so far and then had to climb over bed to access it.Reception staff rude and indifferent.Good bits... main pool area was nice and lifeguard Samir was amazing, friendly and saved 3 sunbeds for us each day (yes, towel war at dawn is a real thing). Beach is lovely and sea was calm and clear. Waiters around the pool were very good as well.Food was good, but we were only there for 4 days, so would probably have got repetitive if we'd been there longer.Definitely not a 4 star hotel as advertised but thankfully was there with 2 very good friends, so we still had a laugh and made the best of it.We had thought when reading some of the bad reviews before going, that people like to complain and it can't be that bad... sorry reviewers, you were right! It is that bad!

The positives-The location was fantastic,the beach outstanding and the pool area wonderful.The room was comfortable,comfy bed and working air conditioning.Very friendly housekeeping staff. Not so positives-The female receptionists were very rude.The hotel is rather run down in places.The food,especially breakfast was very average,(only 1 chef doing the omelette and eggs for the whole hotel was pathetic) with chaos generally winning in the dinning areaThe cocktails were awful, unless you went for the paid extra ones,which I eventually did.However I had a great week and made the most of it.

Hotel is in great position beautiful beach and beach bar Lovely pool which needs attention as loads tiles missing pool area fills up quick so need be up early to get bed but pool man is lovely and helping you find one The entertainment is other end of hotel with no bar so you need to go Back to main reception to the bar which has big Que in evening waiters work really hard little tip goes long way Room was dated but ok Food wasn’t for me but my partner found ok The girl who looks after kids club deserves medal top marks Entertainment wasn’t good no white night or foam party but fab dances done by animation team I would advise you bring print out on paper as well as on phone As we only had details of booking on our phone and woman on reception was really rude wanted us to send it to hotel on wats ap we couldn’t do and she wouldn’t help loads people complain about her It is what you make it but won’t rerun here stayed in better in tunisa but this is just my opinion

Great location, staff are brilliant, room was disappointing and the hotel was totally let down by the food
