Animation staff could do a lot better

Location is good easy accessible to shops and the beach, atmosphere was nice but only because of other guests staying within the hotel. Rooms are basic, booked a single room ended up in a room with 4 single beds. Cleaners and receptionist are very welcoming and greet you everyday. Bar staff and restaurant staff are lovely communicate well with guests. Only downfall is the animation staff as they appear to have a favourite family who have been coming to the hotel for 7+ years. When you see the animation staff they completely ignore you and go straight to this family not letting any other guests know the programmes. We have been here since Tuesday night and have only been told about bingo and that’s because they wanted to sell us tickets!

Hotel at first sight did not look the best but we got over that in half an hour!.Me and my friend we had the most amazing time as every member of staff were so lovely and couldn't do enough for you from the the hotel to the private beach the welcome was outstanding ??the animation team wow they work hard and entertain as best as they can they are all so much fun to be around ???? I can't remember the lady's name but she has so much energy and the most kindest, beautiful person you could meet along side lido and another lovely member of they're team.You will have the best time here don't let first sight out you off !!.ps the bar staff are one of a kind too ???? thank you for the best time ??????????we can't wait to see you all again ???? love Lisa & Linda ??

The hotel v is what is for the price . Room was clean and staff friendly the entertainment staff especially Hannah do a good job However the holiday was spoilt my other guests especially from Algeria. There behaviour is awful taking ok large amounts of food and leaving it ,to letting their children rin riot and they are very rude . There was aldo another British family who walk round thinking the own place

Truthful review From my experience the hotel needs closing for a few months to get a full refurb. Reception is dark and dingy and stinks of cigarettes. Only one lift working for the whole hotel. Food WOW I don’t even know where to start… diabolical! Staff at outside bar and beach bar extremely rude. Little shop inside the hotel selling things that have been discarded by guests at the hotel. Don’t even attempt the spirits it genuinely tastes like methylated spirits and undrinkable. Rooms are extremely dated but the cleaner who came everyday was lovely and tried hard. I was poorly one day after vomiting and she even tried to look after me. Nothing much around the hotel to do. Only saving grace was the food delivery app which most of the hotel were using (says a lot about the hotel food)All in all I wasn’t impressed with the hotel

My first thoughts on the hotel were good, the room seemed clean enough and the hotel reception had great A/C however I soon learned it didn’t work in the bedrooms.The ‘lifeguards’ were too busy trying to chat me up than doing their job. Even after telling them multiple times I’m married.The drinks are served in tiny plastic party cups, and half the time the drinks weren’t kept cool. One of the guys serving at the outside bar was extremely rude, i understand it’s very hot for them but there’s a line.Unfortunately I had to cut my trip short due to horrific food poisoning (confirmed by the doctors). My daughter was also ill but luckily not as bad as I was.There were flies in the dining room, poor hygiene by the people handling the food.
