    Best We’ve Seen This Hotel Since 2019 – Huge Improvements & Fantastic Family Holiday

    I’ve been coming to this hotel every year since 2019, and after returning again this month I was honestly astounded by the level up the hotel has undergone this year. The improvements are noticeable everywhere and it’s still amazing value for money.The food is really good with plenty of choice, and unlike some all inclusive hotels, the drinks are actually decent quality and not watered down. The all inclusive bar has had a fantastic makeover too and is now a really lovely place to sit, relax and enjoy the atmosphere.The entertainment team are brilliant and work hard to make sure guests are looked after and involved. The traditional Tunisian night is something everyone should experience at least once, especially if it’s your first visit to Tunisia, and the fakir shows are always amazing to watch.From reception staff to the bell boys and kitchen staff, everybody was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful throughout our stay.A special mention has to go to Panda, the new Chef Animation. He brings such a great energy to the hotel and has clearly made a huge difference. Thanks to him and the team, there are activities for everyone no matter the age, and my children absolutely loved it.We’ll definitely be returning again later this summer.5 stars from Jane & Family, Cheshire, UK.

    My name's Mohamed and I came with my wife Amanda ,we are from UK ,I want tell honestly ,the hotel it's change lots In the positif way about all the jazz bar it's amazing and class, and the reception it's change and great view about the lift and,the era for reception it's sow nice ,the bar man's and the waters they are plate and good personne,all ways they smiling,and thank you for the welcome for the staff of reception,the variety off the foods it's nice and tasty and pleasant we need English break fast ,or more variety for foods in the break fast ,and big big big thank you for panda the chef animations 🐼 🐼 panda ,and biboo ass chef very playdate and good characters ,about the,contact and sympathetic,thank you for all the staff on houria palace hotel thank you .

    The Houria Palace is a good hotel, all the staff here are fantastic, friendly, helpful, courteous and nothing is too much trouble for them to help anyone out.The hotel is going through a regeneration, it will really make a great difference to the hotel.The food is good, but could be hotter, the staff have been trying to fix the problem, which is great.Thank you to the reception staff, the cleaning staff, the waiters, the security staff and Panda who makes us laugh and gets things done.We have been here three weeks and loved every minute of it and we will definitely be coming back.

    My name habib Robert is I'm from UK 🇬🇧 I come here every year and I want to tell you that this year, 2026, everything is changed to better than k you for the reception staff, and the bar man's, they are very freandly, and good water's with good, service, and smile, the variety of the foods it's better and good Dan 2024,2025,in the resterant, it was Saturday great decoration and atmosphere, about tunisienne night and, tunisienne, foods tradetional it's very testy, .the two lift it's working, not like, 2025, and alotofs decoration as jazz bar and reception it's very nice, and alotofs erea it's start more clean and better, thanck you for good holiday.thanck you for animation, team and thanck you for panda 🐼.
