Location

    Nice hotel but few little things could make it better. Food is quite nice but I was really put off by the birds flying around inside the buffet restaurant they were even around the food prep area really shouldn’t happen. Room looked after well by Sadia. Ali in the restaurant was lovely kind and compassionate. Felt very intimidated about not participating in the activities myself and my daughter just wanted to sit and read and relax explained this and was called lazy white girls which we didn’t appreciate. Italian Al a cart was lovely enjoyed the food very much. Pleasent waiting and bar staff, men doing drinks around the pool were very kind as were the lifeguards. The wipable sunbed cushions were comfy too and nice that they were waterproof. Beautiful lobby, nice coffee hot choclate machine.Check in is 3pm we got there 11.15am and we were allowd to our room around 14.15 not a problem just for peoples reference. The gift shop only takes cash. Water machine on every level which you fill your rooms carafe from. Kettle in the room ours didn’t switch off and no milk and only a couple of flavoured teas, coffee pods if that’s your bag. Couple of bottles of drink left onky saw the man who fills up once but he did leave what I likes when I asked him. Overall I would come again as always got a sunbed and the food and drinks were quite good the staff were friendly but the animations team were full on for us but I’m sure others may like this.

    Came over from England, personally had a brilliant experience, the animation team are so friendly and down to earth specially Mouna and Mino The pool is normally very quiet in the morning to early afternoon which I would prefer music to be played for background noise.All the staff are brilliant, so attentive, always on it with service - I would 100% come back

    Great trip from the service to the hotel. The best service I had. Halima our cleaner and all the animation team especially Mino are incredible. The only complaint I had is that they do not allow music around the pool. Most people want it but because a few older people complain it now needs to be total silence. It shouldn’t be like that if the majority want music. Besides that it was amazing!
