    I was captivated by the people. They create the atmosphere of this place. They are amazing. Other than that, everything was fine: the rooms, the food, the beach, but nothing beats the atmosphere of this place. Best vacation ever

    This is our 3rd time at this hotel we love it here. Staff are so friendly and welcoming every time we come. May the reception lady is so lovely nothing she wouldn’t do to make it all great. Entertainment team amazing always trying to get everyone involved. Rio went above and beyond amazing young lad. Bar staff work so hard everyday!!     I found this to be a very welcoming hotel with pleasant and helpful staff. The main swimming pool was very busy but the pool staff were always there to provide sun beds. Food was good ..and bar staff very willing People with walking difficulties could have problems because many of the rooms are not served by lifts and there are some uneven paths in the grounds. I am getting on in years but will definitely consider staying here again if health permits next year.
