Location

The beach hotel is located in the centre of Sousse, on the main shopping street, about 300 m away from the old medina with its ramparts and overlooking the famous bay of Boujaafar and its magnificent sandy beach. Guests can conveniently reach links to the public transport network and the bus and train stations within walking distance. The hotel enjoys easy access to the international airport of Monastir situated some 17 km away.

Facility

The hotel has 14 apartments and 220 double rooms, which are located on 8 storeys and are reachable by 3 lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Children can enjoy the playground.     Having read a lot of negative reviews on this hotel I was worried about going but my experience has been a pleasure all staff very helpful nothing was a problem yes it's tired they are renovating the rooms as I'm writing not affecting my stay my room 102 very comfortable clean small kitchen it doesn't have utensils as on asking manager he explained that it stopped supplying utensils due to local tourist cooking full on fish meals stinking hotel out he has no problems supplying utensils just ask they don't have disabled facilities but we're very helpful and attentive to my who has a wheelchair overall I can't fault this other than it's tired but they are working to make it better

    Worst place we have ever stayed , place is filthy , no cooking pans or kettle , no plates etc , windows dident work they were screwd mostly closed with a gap each end , floors were filthy bathroom tiles stained and shower glass covered in soapy grime , Breakfast was a boiled egg a piece of bread and a coffee served in a dark dingy room above reception, Diddent feel safe no security lots of men hanging around , checked out after one night , loveholidays no help at all

    I stayed here as a female sole traveller for 2 weeks in July. After reaaing some of the bad reviews I was a bit unsure. Yes its daed as are most apartments in Tunisia but its spotlessly clean, Bedding and towels were changed daily great views scros to the besch and location straight across from the beach 10TD for parasol and sunbed for the day and all of the staff are nice and friendly. There is a cafe directly below for anything you need and the apartments are very spacious. Yes its loud at night as its on a main road with a lot of bars and night club. I used ear plugs and had no problems sleeping. I am a very fussy person when it comes to apartments and hotels and I would definatey recommend and stay again

    We were there (two adults) going for Full Pansia (breakfast, lunch, dinner).First off all, in the moment we were there, situation in the Tunisia was kinda tricky, if we speaking about global safety, and it was time of the Ramadan (just Google it). Location is very good, very close to the city centre where all life is going on, sea is across the street, the beach is nice and simple.Food was always cold, the taste was quite okay, maybe, if the food was warm, it could be real nice.There's is no extras for this hotel, it's old, but clean, with nice view to te sea. It's only for the stay per night, not for the summer chill. No outside pools, but inside pool was not working at all.

    We have booked for 11 nights and was suppose to be with the air condition since it was very hot in September 2019.The ac not working when we went to tell him he says if we don't like we can leave which that what we did.towels were dirty and a smell of the room of ammonia really disgusting.
