  Only positive things to say!

  I have just stayed at Seabel Alhambra, for two weeks, with my mother, my auntie and my son (2 years old). I honestly only have good things to say about the hotel and ALL of their staff. We arrived late in the evening and were welcomed straight into the hotel by concierge. The concierge staff (Taher and Sebti) were great from start to end of our holiday. They interacted with my son everytime they passed us, held doors open and were all round friendly. Staff on reception were equally as welcoming and friendly, especially Anissa, who had a smile on her face everytime we passed the desk! If ever we went to reception with an ask (for example, needing a hairdryer), the staff went out of their way to ensure that our needs were met. On arrival, our room wasn't suitable (due to one of the party needing disability access) and staff ensured that we were moved to a more convenient room that suited our needs. As for the hotel, it was immaculate! Every inch was clean, from the reception area, restaurant, bar, rooms and outdoor areas.We experienced torrential unexpected weather whilst on holiday, with extreme rainfall. Multiple rooms (including ours) and communal areas of the hotel severly flooded. The way the staff came together to clean out the rooms and keep the hotel running smoothly was lovely to see! Cleaners, bar staff, waiters, security and management all mucked in to ensure that holiday makers were as little inconvenienced as possible. The following morning when we woke, the hotel was back to its spotless appearance with no signs of the devastation caused the previous day! I have to say, with regards to food, I could not find fault! The chips were delicious (like proper English chips) and all food was tasty and kept warm. There was a wide selection to suit everybody. Kitchen staff and waiters were friendly and always on hand to help. We chose to sit at the same table everyday, therefore kept the same waiter (Khalif), who was brilliant. He knew our drinks order and ensured that we alway had what we wanted. By the end of the holiday, my son was running straight into the restaurant, directly to him, for a big hug and to be lifted into his high chair. The drinks selection was great and the bar area was a comfortable and pleasant area to relax in. All the bar staff, to name just a few, Ayda, Habib, Moufida and Aymen, were wonderful. They served us with a smile everyday, were efficient with clearing away glasses and bringing fresh drinks and always found time to interact with my son when passing by! One person who I think deserves extra credit is Mouhib, from guest relations! He honestly could not do enough for us. Whenever we raised an issue, he was immediately able to solve it. He was always visible in the hotel, asking on ways to improve their service (which is difficult when already performing to such a high standard). Nothing ever seemed to much for him and he was always very polite and respectful. He even made the effort to come and say goodbye when we were leaving. We had a wonderful holiday and would definately be happy returning to this hotel!   Don’t let the opportunity to stay here pass you by

  We have just come back from a wonderful week at Seabel Alhambra! The hotel opened in August after extensive renovation and is a beautiful hotel full of luxurious places to relax day or evening. The food is exceptional here, we ate in the buffet every night with fresh fish, prawns and many other seafoods, salads, fresh pizzas, gorgeous Tunisian dishes and wine served in bottles as part of the all inclusive. Not only is the hotel beautiful but the staff are too and really are the jewel in the crown here. We were welcomed by all of them, everyone is kind, happy and helpful however a few took the extra time who I name as Khalif in the restaurant who is made us feel very special. Najeh from the pool bar who works very hard! A lovely young guy from beach bar who I am sorry I didn’t get his name as off work the last few days of the holiday. Aymen (pool bar) Moumood (restaurant) Med Salah (beach bar) The beach is beautiful and private, a few sellers pass along shore, Captain Jack selling towels is very funny. The whole resort, toilets and pools are very clean. We had a small flash flood one evening due to a storm with a huge amount of rain, next morning you wouldn’t of known, it was unbelievable to see the transformation the next day and a true to credit to the staff who all worked hard. On TUI the hotel is currently rated as 3 star, we booked from the reviews and very pleased we did, the resort and food can pass for a 5 star with ease. We haven’t ever been tempted back to the same hotel, nearly once we did but didn’t but would definitely return and would highly recommend it. The staff are fluent in many languages and work hard to provide the best! I forgot to mention the animation team, very funny guys who do their jobs well.   The Hotel is surrounded by palm trees and exotic plants, so great impression on arrival. Every staff member was lovely and helpful!!We had a standart double room with balcony which was spacious, clean and had a large confortable bed. The furniture was new as far as I could tell. The food was out of this world with an enormous variety. Not just a buffet but many chefs cooking fresh things at every meal time. An Italian corner serves freshly cooked pizza and pasta. Food there is for gourmets!We could hear noise from the intertainment at night but it wasn't overbearing. The Spa is brilliant. My husband and I treated ourselves to a massage. It was excellent!!
