Terrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here (Room 2072)

Absolute nightmare stay at Hotel Soviva Resort Sousse. From start to finish, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.- Welcoming Service & Customer Support (2/10): The welcoming service was awful, and the overall customer service is practically non-existent. Staff members were unhelpful, unprofessional, and seemed like they couldn't care less about basic hospitality.- Room Conditions (Room 2072): Total disaster. The air conditioner was constantly leaking water all over the floor. The bathroom was missing a shower head holder (pas de support douchette), making it impossible to shower comfortably. To top it off, the sliding balcony door was completely jammed and stuck (porte fenêtre coincée).- Pool & Aqua Park: A huge disappointment. The aqua park was completely closed and non-accessible during our stay. On top of that, the pool floor is terribly unstable—made of cheap plastic material that bounces beneath your feet and feels completely unsafe.- Restaurant & Food (0/10): Calling this a restaurant is a stretch. Absolutely zero effort put into the food—everything was bland, poor quality, completely cold, and unacceptable. Everything is nul.Save your money and peace of mind—stay far away from Soviva Sousse. Room 2072, the facilities, and the whole management need a serious overhaul.

The rooms are wonderful, and so are the services. I also liked the atmosphere at the pool and the daytime and nighttime vibes. What pleases me and everyone else is that the entire stay is guarded and secure.
