Location

The hotel is located in the centre of Sousse, with the beach just across the road. The marina of Port El Kantaoui is about 3 km from the hotel. There are numerous restaurants, bars, clubs, shops and links to the public transport network nearby. Sousse Museum is about 800 metres away, while it is around 12 km to Monastir Airport and about 120 km to Tunis Carthage Airport.

Facility

The hotel has 244 double rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Meals

Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a breakfast room, a café, a bar and a pub. A number of specialities await guests in an air-conditioned restaurant with a separate area for smokers. Catering options include half board, full board and all-inclusive.     This hotel is Sousse City and Beach. ALL the five star reviews are false. Dirty and disgusting place. Only good thing is the beach. When you go by transfers you see lots of lovely hotels. This is a dump .Change your hotel as soon as possible. And don't bother with all inclusive. It's cheap to eat out. Saw one of the staff pick a piece of chicken up from the food tray and put the bones back in. People were still getting their food yuk. They use tap water to fill water cooler and cordial machine .Pool filthy Staff I notice management apologising on trip advisor asking for forgiveness and they will sort out problems. they have been saying same reply for years nothing has changed.

    My daughter and I returned in July from the best 2 weeks holiday in Tunisia at the Karawan.We found all the staff to be helpful, happy, chatty they were all amazing... Slem the restaurant manager is the nicest guy, he loves his job and is amazing at it... He entertained us daily and we love him he has a fabulous personality Thank you Slem for looking after us so well. The cleaners do an amazing job and work really hard and it would be nice to show your appreciation with a tip before you leave, they really appreciate your kindness... And that goes for all staff..."My boy Deykha' the lifeguard, he is brilliant at his job, he is always on the ball. Always smiling and happy and we could always have a good laugh with him. 'He couldn't do enough for me'.The tall guy who worked at the pool bar was lovely always smiling and laughing. The rooms are cleaned daily and beds are made towels are changed bathroom spotless, brilliant.The restaurant was great the food was always good there was always 2 or 3 meats on and fish, with pasta and rice dishes and vegetables, salads, breads, and there was always a few puddings available and fresh melon...I only had breakfast twice but the chef made me a cheese omelette, yummy... The 2 guys that was always on reception was always helpful and happy to see us. Everything was great absolutely no complaints.The staff at the Karawan are really special and deserve to be recognised for a job well done...Thank you to you all, and I will see you all in 4 weeks as we are coming back 24th September xx

    See my review on Sousse City and Beach hotel.ITS THE SAME PLACE.Cheap, lacking investment for years, great beach, bog standard rooms, if you’re lucky.Bar very very noisy, not customers just staff who think that volume makes up for quality, until 2/3 am

    We passed one week in sousse in this hotel , everything was in order . Rooms are confortable with new decoration , there is tv and hot water . Breakfast was really nice for me and the kids , for the rest was ok also but we eated a lot of time outside to try tunisian food .Hotel is not first position , so we should go out to get to the beach but it's nice and clean .Nice holiday we think to come back

    We stayed as a couple overthere for 10 days we enjoyed our holiday , all the staff were friendly and helpfull .Nice rooms with nice views , good food and correct service in the bar and the reception .Worth the money we paid it .
