  Nice stay in business hotel

  Room was confortable, modern and well designed. Shower snd toilet are small. Large screen TV with multiple channels, mini fridge available but empty. Two small bottles of water are included. You still can hear some loud bass music notes coming from the night club, during your sleep even at the 7th floor. After we spent three nights in a standard room we asked to extend our stay for one more night , the reception told us that the hotel was fully booked and only suites were available. We accepted to move and there was not even a fruit platter offer in the suite. The suite was super nice with a beautiful view and two balconies. The breakfast is super nice and healthy.

  Avoid lower level rooms

  The rooms are of a high standard but this is almost irrelevant for lower level rooms in terms of the banging of the bass speakers from the restaurant disco. Sound insulation is appalling and the double glazing is no better. The beer I’d advertised as Heineken (it isn’t).

  Choose this hotel as an interim stop from Hamammet to Duoz. Very happy to have visited this hotel. European standards of cleanliness, very modern, breakfast is very good (including coffee ;) ). Very friendly staff. Definitely recommend to stay here

  Bad customer service experience from the Manager. Not polite at all.

  Very bad experience. Terrible customer service from the Manager, Haythem, he could have been at least polite and apologetic that they could not allow us to enter their hotel since one of us was wearing sweatpants despite we were with a tourist who wanted to experience the food in their hotel restaurant. Manager never smiled at all, with sloppy clothes and dirty pants. Not to mention he did not shave his face and name tag all crooked, he started pointed his forefinger at our friend’s clothes who was not wearing “business casual” clothes like as if he was all neat. It was very understandable and reasonable that the hotel was very busy with police at that time due to security but the issue here is you still have to be at least polite and smiles at guests no matter what! Our friend works in the travel industry in Qatar and would never recommend this hotel to her clients. Hope you give proper training to your employees and realize how guests’ reviews/experience is very important.
