  The hotel is very pretty, good food, clean rooms, and the animation team keep things hyped up all day long. It was really a fun experience. A special thanks to Micha for making everyone feel welcomed and being such a good company to the kids.

  ​"Overall, the stay was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement.​The Positives:​The girl from the animation team was incredibly attentive; she always noticed if I needed anything, and I truly appreciate her efforts.​Some of the café staff were very good and professional.​The restaurant servers were also friendly and attentive.​The Negatives:​Treatment: There was a noticeable bias, as the animation team generally seemed to favor foreign tourists over Arab guests—perhaps to boost their international reputation.​Café Staff: While half of the café staff were good, the other half were quite rude and unprofessional.​Cleanliness & Rooms: Although the bedding looked clean, it triggered my allergies. Additionally, room cleanliness was just average, and I was highly disappointed to find bugs appearing repeatedly.​Food & Activities: Both the food and the daily activities were completely repetitive, with nothing new offered throughout the stay.​I hope management takes this feedback seriously to improve their services."
