I use to go to this hotel since 2010 and 8 to 10 times a year for 3 to 5 days each eitherfor international travelor businessor vacation, has the best location in Tunis capital, small and cheap 3 stars hotel but clean and well managed, high speed internet , performant air-conditioning, comfortable beds, good breakfast, multiple international TV channels, secured car parking, high friendly all the staff without any exception (reception, cleaners , restaurant...etc) that I know of them by names, I think the owner must be lucky and happy having such staff. The hotel is clean, single room is tiny but very nice, the breakfast is very good, room service for breakfast is veryyyyy cheap, and the crew is super nice and helpful, (they printed some documents for me for free), the hotel has no restaurant but they are offering very cheap delivery service from restaurants near by.The internet not super stable but is ok.I really love it. Good job Ariha.

Nice hotel. The staff are great and very welcoming. Rooms are clean, although the beds are a little bit small. Well located. The quality of breakfast is not good. Overall, good place if you can afford the price. explorateurTunis, Owner at Hotel Ariha, responded to this review HiWe thank you really for your good opinion about our hotel ans specially our staff.Our beds are as the hotel industry requires.You could ask a room with a king size bed and that would have cost you 5€.In the last period for some reason milk in Tunisia has been of bad quality,we hope to remedy in the future

Clean Hotel with Bad Internet

Great Budget hotel and the staff are very friendly. They speak English and French as well. Great breakfast including croissants, bread, yogurt, fruit, eggs, jam, butter, coffee... I had a problem leaving the hotel though as the workers did not help me get a taxi. And finding a taxi in Tunis sucks!!!

We had an early start so went to breakfast at opening time...but nothing was ready.I asked the reception to call a taxi, we waited for more than 1 hour. They only work with ONE taxi. Finally a colleague who was at the airport sent us a taxi. Dreadful way to treat clients. explorateurTunis, Owner at Hotel Ariha, responded to this review Very sorry you had a bad experience in our hoteleven it was with taxis and not with our staff,we took very seriously attention to your complainti must remember you that it was a very rainy day and that taxi drivers as common drivers tend to overreact to this very natural phenomenon as people of the mediterranean It seems that no one taxi driver wanted to answer.We are not linked to any taxi driverHappily,sunny days are very numerous in TUNISWe would see you again in our hotel
