    Stayed at the hotel on a Saturday night between flights. Check in was very efficient and the security at the hotel entrance was professional however the music from the pub/nightclub was ringing alarm bells while I was in reception. The room was clean however the air conditioning was not at all effective and the bathroom was very small/cosyI went straight to bed but tbh didn’t get a lot of sleep as the bass from the music was so loud.Breakfast was good with a chef cooking eggs to order.Probably would not stay again if I needed to get a good night sleep but have to complement all the staff for been very friendly

    Worst rooftop bar experience ever!

    Last night was not my first time at Luna Sky. My friends go there rather often so I happened to join them twice. Once, for my birthday, because that is where they chose to celebrate it, and then, last night. On my birthday, there were so many signs of abuse from the management that I'm not sure I can count all of them, but let me start with what stuck with me. We were given the regular menu (we knew the prices anyway). Yet, when it was time to pay, the prices were doubled. We were charged 28 TND for the 15 TND salad, they made us feel bad for receiving more than 10 people whom they kept standing (and no, the restaurant wasn't even full) until we got them seats, much to the manager's dismay, same with the rest of plates and all. It was as if we were in the streets, even though we paid a 60 TND extra fee (which the manager promised not to charge if our table was above 400, and it was and yet, we still had to pay the extra) for bringing the cake. Let me stop there to avoid boring you with details from that night. Last night was a different story (but a deal breaker). Long story short, you ask for a big pizza, they give you the small one with the price of the big one (again, not at their regular price). The pizza was not only smaller than usual, it was also tasteless, and their answer was "Oh it's smaller because we have a different pizzaiolo tonight" (rolling eyes). After one of the guys saw the difference and took the pizza back, the manager got mad at him and he brought back that excuse of a pizza that fails to even beat a piece of bread in taste, he put in front of us in the most arrogant way and he said, that's the pizza we have. We paid and left. Luna Sky has been making some money because we would go for the latin music, but now I'll make sure not only I, but also my friends, never step foot there again.

    This is maybe my third time staying in this hotel, and I decided to share my feedback as they certainly deserve a great review this time; I stayed for 10 days as it was an extended business trip, and I love its prime location. Business area, banks, near the lac, 5 min away from the famous Bourguiba street ‘center ville’. If you are traveling for business so this hotel is your place to go. If you want to discover Tunis, also this hotel is your place to go. When entering from reception, you feel the warm welcome of the staff. They make you feel it’s home. They check on you if you need anything every time they see you passing.I enjoy the bed; it’s super comfy, the room is quite spacious, and the bathroom is super neat.The breakfast food was like prepared by my grandma. It felt like home with the Tunisian specialties: Delicious and wide variety, international and local. And I super loved their b2b lounge and restaurant, it has really delicious food, I highly recommend trying their menu.And at night they have an amazing sky Luna, night lounge, that have different programs and shows. It’s super safe comfortable environment and nice joyful ambiance! Of course the food not to be missed!
