Avoid this hotel, it's a major disaster

I visited this hotel before in 2018, and it was acceptable. That's why I returned to it when I found a reasonable price for night. However, my experience this time was terrible. I spent two hours waiting for the room, and they sent us to a distant location away from the hotel. The room was old with a TV from the 1980s, and the air conditioner was not working. The biggest disaster was the restaurant. It was a tragedy; there was a long queue for mediocre spaghetti and pastries, and I have no idea why. It took forever just to get a plate. If you decide to go to the beach, it's dirty, and there are no umbrellas. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel; stay away from it altogether."

I traveled to visit family and I had to do a week quarantine as part of the government new restrictions.....To be honest it was ok,the guys are more or less pleasant,mainly the two guy at reception ??!It’s such a huge hotel and I would love to visit it in the summer season when all this virus thing is over!It’s a good hotel but needs a lot done it it

This hotel is extremely run down , it was mainly catering for Algerians and the food was discussing, the Algerian holiday makers were rude and aggressive, the main pool was green when we enquired about this we were told it was due to so many people using it !! 2 of my children developed ear infection from it On a positive tho the animation crew were amazing

The most awful holiday I have ever had. The Tunisian people could not be more friendly and kind. But we arrived at a time the hotel was full of Algerian visitors. We were All Inclusive but the hotel had a band policy different colours for different status within the hotel ie: bed and breakfast, day passes, half board etc. This led to absolute chaos at meal times. Often we found no food available only to see people wandering around with plates overfilled with food. Taking it back to rooms. After many complaints to the Manager we were allowed to eat in the bar cafe. For the last two days. I could have been a great holiday but lack of caring about the individual holiday maker made it feel frustrating. I would advise anyone thinking of going to this resort to rethink.I would like to add I have been to Tunisia before and had a great time that’s why I wanted to go back. I am so disappointed WE have just wasted a lot f money for nothing.
