Although the hotel is starting to show some signs of wear and the furniture could benefit from an update, these aspects are more than compensated by the excellent location and the high quality of service.Hotel Concorde at Les Berges du Lac is very well located and offers a warm welcome. The staff is professional, friendly, and attentive. The à la carte restaurant is excellent, serving high-quality cuisine, and the breakfast is very good, with a good variety to suit all tastes.A special mention goes to Ms. Zeineb at the restaurant for her kindness, attention to detail, and dedication to making every guest feel welcome and at home.I highly recommend this hotel without hesitation. Double charge and no explanation.The worst experience.

Made reservation through booking.com, they charged the cost by credit card which was given as guarantee of the payment. Afterwards they charged again by cash saying that they didn't charge anything. Almost 3 weeks trying to get the funds back but still no luck since hotel is not even answering to mails and messages. So not professional team and they have no any ideahow it is supposed to be.
