  one of the worst experiences of my life. Old and outdated hotel, terrible cleanliness of the rooms and other rooms. Gloomy and dimly lit in many of the rooms. Poor breakfast and little variety. Very friendly staff although few speak English. Outside area/street ugly, dirty and conflictive aspect. don't go out too late at night. I don't recommend it at all.

  Its clear this was a really nice hotel in the past but today,its run down and not well cared for. The fridge in my room worked but was broken and other furniture outdated and in poor condition.On Friday, my first night I was the only diner in a restaurant with seating for 100 plus. Breakfast was so poor one morning, I just walked out as the choice was 2 tiny croissants and some cake. After this, I was presented with a nice selection of fruit each morning.On my last night they had buffet. I was the first in line and the food was tepid. I made a selection that was heated for me. The meat was overcooked and had little taste. I left most of it.My room floor was sticky and the rugs full of dust. The bathroom was first class.The reception staff and doorman could not have done more for me but they are fighting a losing battleI dont think many rooms was occupied as they only made up 7 plates for breakfast each day and I saw few other guests during my 4 days stay

  Hi Me and my wife stayed there for two nights at this hotel. We checked out on 21 Feb 2019. The hotel is nice comfortable & clean however not a 4 star. breakfast is below the standard need some improvement. We have small incident after checkout we were at reception area around 5:00 pm and have a flight as well. My wife lost her Diamond Gold ring in the wash basin as she wanted to wash her hands before leaving. However the duty manager young boy at the reception was great. He immediately called maintenance guy who opened drains and this boy himself able to find my wife gold ring in the pipes and handover to us. We are really grateful for such quick action. The hotel is on central location many things we discovered are on walking distance.

  A Review of My Stay

  I wish to express my dissatisfaction towards an employee at this hotel.An incident occurred at around 5:00am when I was returning to my room. First of all I found the door locked and absolutely no one to talk to. So I was forced to wait outside for 20 minutes until finally someone opened the door. I was NOT informed at any time that the hotel had a closing time by any of the staff so I waited in the street and had to bang on the door to be noticed! Then I requested to see the receptionist or whomever was in charge so as to give me a valid explanation. And it's turns out the person in charge was sitting in the reception hearing me all the time. When I was visibly angered at this fact he told me to forget it and go to my room, which of course I didn't. And then he proceeded to raise his voice and talk to me with no professionalism whatsoever. I then asked for my passport and it took him almost 10 minutes to get it from the counter behind him because he was refusing to interact with me. It was only when I lost my manners all together and raised my voice that got a response and my passport. Needless to say, this is simply unacceptable in a 4 star hotel.After trading insulting and yelling things didn't take a turn for the worse only because another staff member intervened to diffuse the situation, the matter being his refusal to identify himself again and again. I only know he was supposedly the only receptionist at this time (around 5AM). My prosperous stay at this hotel was wrecked by this individual and I demand action by reprimand be taken not only for me, but for any other guest of this otherwise great hotel.I would like to congratulate the rest of the staff, especially Sabah at the reception for being extremely helpful.   Rooms are good, breakfast poor and hotel is a somehow dark. Location is not so good.

  Rooms are clean and ok. TV is with few domestic channels only. Fridge is in the room but empty.Breakfast is every day the same and poor. If you like strong morning meal, the eggs are only choice. The juice and coffee are low quality.No fresh fruits. Salads, bread and pastry are very good.If you need to be close to the old town location is near, otherwise horable. Sorounding streets are not so clean...You can hear drilling and repairing works in hotel after 22h... Still, hotel have some charm and soul. It's obvious that it was some of the Hotel with big H, in the past...
