    Worth a visit more then once

    It is rare in life that you experience a level of service where everything works at a higher level. Every detail has been thought of, from the moment you enter the lobby to your room. We were lucky to have our room upgraded to a beautiful view of the water. Thank you very much to Nisrine and Ameni for top service.

    Been here in Feb 2026, resort was almost empty meaning the usual outstanding service at four seasons resorts was even better. Got a nice free room upgrade. Kids club fully operating even if my kid was the only there - staff was there for him; tried two restaurants, both delicious. The gym was good as standard for the brand. Lovely staff and beautifully furnished as always.Definitely a very nice stay!

    Beautiful hotel on the Mediterranean

    The Four Seasons Hotel location was ideal for the 20 minute drive from the airport, Sidi Bou Said and the Carthage ruins. The hotel was an oasis of quiet from the busy area of Tunis. Security guards check all vehicles entering and bags and purses were put through security as well. The three of us had never visited Tunisia so I contacted the concierge at the hotel for assistance. I was very fortunate to be in contact with Khouloud ben Chaabane who was excellent in arranging airport pickup and also with 3 days of a private driver named Mehdi. Khouloud and I texted many times planning our itinerary for each day. Our Mercedes car was very comfortable and reasonably priced.We were upgraded from a garden view room to an ocean view with a balcony. The view was exceptional. Our room was very spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom had its own temperature control, huge tub, separate shower, and 2 sinks.Two of our breakfast buffets were complimentary. Zeineb and Ghofrane who were the breakfast hostesses were so personable. The cook who prepared the omelets was so friendly each day. The buffet was fantastic with hot and cold food to choose from. We ate at the restaurant that featured Italian food and felt the food was average. Service was a bit slow.Would not recommend the lobby bar for dining. We placed our dinner order with the female server and after our rather mediocre meal, we waited one hour for our bill. Our plates had been taken away so it was clear we were done. The manager came by and asked how we were doing and we said we had been waiting a long time for the bill. He left and we still waited. Finally, we waved him over and asked if we could please have our bill. No apology but we did receive the bill.Overall, the Four Seasons stay was wonderful and would definitely recommend.

    Luxury Name, Underwhelming Experience

    We attended the New Year’s brunch at Four Seasons Hotel Tunis as a family and were genuinely underwhelmed. The selection of food was very limited and lacked any sense of occasion. It felt like an ordinary lunch service of a 3 stars hotel rather than a special New Year’s event at a luxury hotel, which made the premium pricing hard to justify.Unfortunately, the service did not compensate for this. Basic details were overlooked: the wine was not properly chilled, and we had to ask the waiter twice before a simple strawberry juice was finally brought for our children.The children’s area was poorly organized, reduced to an improvised 20 m² space in front of the elevators with pottery as the only activity, showing minimal effort to engage kids. At the same time, smoke from the grill station spread across the dining area and affected the tables, further degrading the overall experience.

    Poor new year’s bunch experience

    Extremely disappointing New Year’s brunch. The food variety was shockingly poor and felt no better than a hotel lunch on a regular weekday. There was nothing festive or premium to justify the inflated New Year’s pricing. The kids’ corner lacked activity and creativity and was clearly an afterthought. Overall, this experience does not meet the standard expected of a Four Seasons hotel and felt more like a cash-grab than a luxury celebration. Absolutely not worth the money and not something I would repeat.
