We organized our organization’s annual meetings throughout the entire week, and we were very pleased with the overall experience. The staff were exceptionally helpful, professional, and attentive. The breakfast was excellent, and the lunch and coffee break arrangements were very well organized and presented.A highly recommended venue for business meetings, conferences, and other professional events.

??????????My summer holiday in Tunisia was truly a wonderful experience! I would like to commend the efficiency of all the hotel staff. The service was excellent from the moment I arrived, with their smiles and dedicated service 24 hours a day. The restaurant was also a fantastic experience in every sense of the word. I had the opportunity to taste authentic and delicious Tunisian couscous, with its wonderful flavor and unique presentation. It was one of the most delicious dishes I have ever tasted. The view from the pool was breathtaking – peaceful, elegant, and very enjoyable, especially at sunset. They organize wonderful parties and evenings, creating a magical atmosphere that enhanced the stay. I would like to thank all the staff for their warm welcome and attention. It is clear that they make sure everyone feels comfortable and relaxed. Without a doubt, it is one of the best and most beautiful hotels in the Tunisian capital. Update, better room offered

Update from previous review. 2:40am just been shown our room on 5th floor, it’s ok a vast improvement on earlier offers! Bathroom needs an update and toiled stained. The porter had to clean and prepare room for us, no tea or coffee supplies left but he can be forgiven for that given the circumstances. We now have an ok room. Sea and town view. Shower doesn’t drain very well, floor gets soaked and the poor guy forgot to leave towels. He was most apologetic for the issues we have experienced. The manager is contacting us tomorrow to discuss. We are seasoned travellers and this is our worst arrival and check in experience. Things can only get better?
