be aware of scam advert

the hotel it show that is got a swimming pool on the advertise .but in reality is not and there is no near by beaches or swimming pool.

charge cost without any warning and never answer messages.

be carefull while booking it through booking since if your plan change they will never answer you cancellation request until it will be not returned and charge it last time so you will not be able to make any change.never book this hotel and advise it to my friends. so foxy policy of the property is not suitable with booking.com policy which is known as customer priority all the time.the worst experience in my life.

Extremely bad and would want to speak with the reception guy at night

Extremely rude reception by Abdul Razaq, room infested with cockroaches and receptionist hanged the phone when I complained. I have used this hotel before and the girls in the morning are lovely, which is not the same at night.Abdul Rasaq was rude from the start until the end with apparently cockroaches are normal in hotel rooms based on his explanations.The only option to change the infested room was to downgrade without refund in the amount paid

Room was basic but fine. Aircon worked and the shower was good. Bed was very stiff, which was perfect for me, and the blackout curtains were welcome. Bathroom sink was slow to drain and the toilet paper was cheap (but not the worst).Breakfast was uninspiring (no buffet during my stay, presumably due to low numbers), but the omelette was decent and hot. Would have liked a decent loose leaf peppermint tea, or a Turkish coffee.Front desk were helpful, particularly Ines.I did get ripped off by the taxi called for me by the hotel, which I must take some responsibility for, but it would be better service to supply fair and reasonably taxi services to guests.Location was good, 5 min drive from the airport.

A pleasant and comfortable stay at the Acropole Hotel in Tunis. The reception staff, Ines and her colleagues were all so warm, hospitable They were kind and patient enough to answer any type of question. They always had a willingness to help offered thier charming assistance with a smile.We eventually stayed on another 2 nights
