    The worst expereinece in Accor Hotels ever. I arrived at Ibis Sertaozinho aug 20th around 4pm, a day before starting FENASUCRO 2019, the most important year event in this area. At that moment there was just 1 person in the front desk and 1 trainne, who could not help that much. Many problems to attend people coming for the event. But the worst came later on. When I came down to have some food the mess was installed. There was just 1 person in charge of receving people in the fornt desk, attending the bar and also the kitchen, It took me a lot of time to get a food dish in a total dark restaurant. People were completely angry in the lobby. How is it possible to a hotel management keep 1 person to take care of all duties a day before an event like that? Next morning at 9 am I found 4 people at the lobby working and a couple of managers acting as a normal day. Where are those people in the day before at 4pm, exactly during the arrival of the guests? What kind of management does Ibis Sertaozinho have? It is unbelievable. I really enjoy Accor Hotels but Ibis Sertãozinho never more.

    Stay only one night, clean apartment, quiet weekend hotel, few guests, clean apartment and attentive staff, strategic location.A good option to sleep in the middle of a long trip, supermarket for small purchases within 2 blocks.

    Silver members have a drink, but were not offered when I arrived. I had to ask for !Drinks cooler machine inside room, too noise. I had to ask to move to another room !Local people at reception perhaps need training

    Its an Ibis, pretty standard, a lot of things, small ones, are wearing out, this don't give a good impression. Internet is too slow people are nice, location is ok nothing close, but is almost the same in small towns

    Good location; good breakfast; personnel in the reception were fast and educated...The hotel is also a good choice if you have meetings at Ribeirao Preto. It's 15km far from the Shopping Mall... 20min drive in a very good road.99 BRL per night is a very attractive price.Recommended.
