ibis Tunis

Dear Sir/Madam,I would like to share a feedback regarding a recent stay at ibis Tunis.Although I did not personally stay at the hotel, one of our company’s employees stayed there during an overseas business trip. He is a technical staff member from Inform Elektronik, and his name is Yakup Haliloğlu.According to his experience, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and well organized. Most importantly, he was very impressed by the exceptional hospitality and professionalism of Ms. Toujeni Malek. She was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout his stay. Her positive attitude and dedication made a significant difference and left a very positive impression on our colleague. We would like to sincerely thank Ms. Toujeni Malek for her excellent service and hospitality.Kind regards,

Good

It is a good hotel not far from city centre Medina. It is a classical Ibis. Decent rooms and comfortable bed. The only problem was the water flow at seventh floor. Staff was amazing.

Ibis Tunis is my home in Tunis
19 Nov 2025
I was fortunate to book a room for two nights early this month, when so many top hotels in the area, including Avenue Bourguiba, were full of delegates attending the Junior Chamber International (JCI) World Congress in the Tunisian capital. Having friends who frequented the Congress's main venue, another hotel just a stone's throw away, I was fortunate to be able to pop in and out whenever I pleased several times throughout the day. Despite my frequent comings and goings, the staff, from the cleaning staff to security, were always cheerful and welcoming, and this made me feel very much at home. In particular, I would like to mention the two fellows at security (whose names I have forgotten) and a lovely young woman at reception, Safa Ben Zafri, who was very helpful in making me another key when I had lost mine. I am booked again this weekend, so I am looking forward to staying at my home away from home, in Tunis.

You Won't Be Disappointed
03 Oct 2025
Stayed here with a family member for three nights, while sightseeing in Tunis. We arrived at about 2230, and our reservations for two rooms were waiting for us. Mohammad, the clerk who checked us in was extremely helpful and provided accurate advice about taxi fares and tour drivers the next morning. He explained he worked in the nearby Ibis Styles hotel but was filling in at this hotel for the evening. The rooms were comfortable but old; the air conditioning was excellent; plenty of hot water in the shower. The beds were decent and all the electrical outlets ere operational. Breakfast was decent, but nothing to brag about. About 1900, Saturday, 21 Sep, I went to the front desk to exchange money before going out for dinner. I had some dinars but wanted a few extra - the female desk clerk apologized and said she did not have any cash to exchange. We discussed the location of the nearest ATM etc. Finally, she reached in her purse, and handed me about 20 dinars to have with me as extra funds for taxi etc. We returned after dinner, and the lady receptionist still did not have any dinars. I paid for her advance in my local currency. This lady, whose name I do not know, went above and beyond and essentially lent me money from her own personal funds.I strongly recommend this hotel use this lady in a position of additional responsibility. I would return to this hotel if in the area

Perfectly Fine

Fairly clean and comfy, even by western standards. The rooms only have a single double bed. My son and I stayed here for two nights during the Eid weekend. The staff were very accommodating. They called a cab to the airport for us at 3.30am and it was there in minutes. Breakfast selections were fine, including an omelet and meat tray. Dinner was also acceptable, altho there are plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area. TRABELSI MOHAMED, General Manager at Ibis Tunis, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for reviewing your recent stay in our Ibis Tunis. It is wonderful to hear that we were able to make your stay special from the moment you arrived until the moment you departed. We hope to see you very soon.Sincerely,Mohamed TRABELSIGeneral Manager
