    This hotel is so trash you should never go to this place first of all the rooms is so stinky and I couldn’t sleep due to how stinky it is. The rooms were not even clean they didn’t even clean the bedsheets no out the trash away and didn’t put towels. The day we got there we asked to change to a different rooms and the receptionist lied about having all the rooms booked out. There were bugs everywhere in the room and there was no wifi in the rooms. The hotel uses left over food from the day before, it is completely unacceptable and the cleaner knocked on our door at 10pm and we had to wake up. The cleaners don’t even listen to the boss. We heard other people complaining that there were holes in there roof and the rooms were stinky. If I could rate this hotel zero star I would do it without any hesitation this hotel is truly a mess and trash and no one should deserves to go in it. This is the worse hotel I have ever been too it was the worse experience and worst days of my holiday

    The room and balcony was really bad condition with bad smell!No wi-fi in the room, only in reception area.The service was really poor.No relax from garden disco.The food was very poor ( No choice).Bird droppings everywhere.Cockroach danger

    We have had a great time relaxing as the hotel is still relatively quiet at this time of the year. The staff are all really friendly and the weather has been warm. Fun entertainment team that encourage all to get involved. All inclusive standard and as you would expect.

    Visited January 2025This is a large sprawling hotel complex covering several acres that enjoys a seafront aspect. January is naturally in the low season which meant that the hotel was very quiet. The main pool was spotlessly clean, so were the communal areas which is a credit to the janitorial staff. Outside of the cleaning staff's control was the amount of pigeons outside of the rooms at high level. This needs to be addressed with bird spikes strategically placed.Our room was spacious, had a sea view and felt recently updated. The cooler nights at this time of year encouraged us to use the rooms heating system - there was a problem that was immediately and expertly rectified. The complex is showing its age in places but is perfectly fine.The food was incredible throughout our stay with an array of Tunisian and native meals and desserts. To my embarrassment some of my countrymen craved chips or beef burgers not appreciating the quality of the dishes presented. It is a buffet so choose wisely to enjoy the warmest food.There are a number of days trips and excursions from the hotel that will return you in time for the evening meal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope that this review is constructive.3.5 - if that were allowed.

    Just spent 3 wonderful weeks here. Enjoyed it very much, staff work very hard and are friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble.Nice modern Seaview room, cleaned everyday with fresh towels.Sandy beach with little seaweed.Highly recommend.
