Hotel receptionists rude, rooms stink cigarettes, we paid for a higher level room but was given instead standard room with no view and when we complained about that reception did not care at all....stay away

We travelled with Senior Discovery Tours for 16 days and loved every minute of Tunisia! Can't say enough about how beautiful this country is and especially this hotel embassy one of the best! The pool, the beach and the food were phenomenal! I highly recommend it!

Beautiful location, lovely selection of drinks. Staff are friendly and helpful. Had the best time here with friends for my birthday. Calm and relaxing. Yasim from the entertainment team was lovely and easy to converse with.

Not so good!

35 of us stayed at this hotel after 4 other hotels in Tunisia! This was the worst of all 4. The food was terrible! Staff was rude and quick to snap back! Dining room cooking staff did not seem to know what they were doing! Nothing was ready when the restaurant opened! Rooms were nice but the maintenance of the whole hotel was lacking! Most of the safes did not work, some no water, running toilets, phones didn't work or no phone at all. Keys often didn't work! Long walk to the beach but nothing there...no chairs, beach unkempt! Our experience was not a good one! Would not come back or recommend! Was a beautiful hotel...in it's day!
