  The hotel is located near off amenities and clinics, staff is lovely and helpful. Siwar, the lovely receptionist is a star. She goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and well look after. The rooms are nice, spacious and comfortable. recommend.

  Hello, 1. The hotel interior design was Ok/average.2. the towels seem to be washed more a 1000 times. Their was no good variety of food at breakfast(the breakfast fits a 3 star hotel not 5 stars, also you have to speak to get milk or a bottle of water you don’t find them on counter/buffet counters.3. I had to change the room from the 5th floor to the second floor because of the noise coming from night club party I could not sleep.4. You have to pass through the security entrance all the time instead of the main big front door, maybe because they have some concerns about intruders of people who enter without reservation or some other reasons, for me it was annoying because I have to pass beside the security personnel.5. The hotel lobby is full of Libyans who look like pirates staring at every person who enters or leaves the hotel.6. The hotel room I slept in had know door tags and the electronic black panels that tells staff not to annoy me is broken.7. The hotel room had know safe to put my money or passport, I had to take them always in my pocket.8. Damn the people are always asking for more money in taxis and restaurant (I have to be fair not all of them).(The manager of the hotel seem to be so economical and stingy not hiring more staff)

  I stayed in the hotel 3 nights very bad history about room dirty not clean breakfast in morning very poor and dry food same thay heat food so many times and area not friendly and you need walk in area very hard....

  Beautiful hotel but spoiled by their staff

  It was a wonderful place full of beautiful memories but unfortunately with many drawbacksupon arrival greeted by the friendly security (lovely people) also by the receptionist the gentleman who work in the evening, who gave us the choice of rooms, our room was beautiful and comfortable but the linen was old and damaged especially the towelsthe next day at breakfast that was hearty and delicious but shocked by the behavior of the server chief a big men his face reflects the hardness that speaks dishonesty with the staff as well as the customers, at 10:30 forces the staff began to traced the bufet and the people eating, knowing that the hour began the breakfast between 6 to 10:30the governor came to argue with him on our heads and we are eating even if we do not understand their language lol after she secretly takes food and leaves the lady working at the reception her way too much rude, gives no info or correct advicethe elevator was broken for 2 days, we had to climb the stairs to the 4th floorUnfortunately for this hotel --

  The room I had was spacious with a large comfortable bed. The bathroom was large: no bidet but separate shower and bath, twin washbasins. The fittings and furnishings were a little damaged and there was no real foreign TV channel choice. Breakfast was pretty poor in choice and quality, and the evening meal in the noisy, smoky bar on the top floor was very limited and not very good. There are places nearby where you can eat much better. The hotel is a long way from Tunis centre, in a residential area of Ariana. Some of the front desk staff are very pleasant and helpful but the hotel seems to have a serious problem with credit card payments and judging by past reports this is a longstanding issue. I was angry that I was expected to solve their problems and in the end I have had to pay for a money transfer on my return home... that is scandalous in my view. The hotel was quiet with few guests and fine if you want an inexpensive place to rest for a day or two. But check how you will pay...
