    Pleasant and convenient stay for business trip

    A delightful and convenient stay which is perfect for a business trip that is focused around the area of the hotel...the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming especially at breakfast buffet...only concern was the level of cleanliness of the rooms which can be lifted up much more and the quality of the facilities and the rooms which are in need of a serious upgrade and renovation.

    Disappointing Experience with Parking at Penthouse Ariana

    We recently rented a conference room and additional rooms for our staff at Penthouse Ariana, expecting a smooth and professional experience. Unfortunately, we were surprised and disappointed to find out that we were not allowed access to the hotel's parking facilities. This was especially frustrating given the extreme heat in Tunis, as we needed a secure and shaded area for our vehicles. When we raised the issue, the only response we received was that we should park our cars outside the hotel, without any assurance of security. To make matters worse, no responsible hotel management was available to address our concerns, and we were left dealing solely with the security staff, who had no authority to resolve the issue. This lack of basic amenities and customer service is unacceptable, and we are genuinely upset by this experience.

    The one advantage is location. It’s a one night only can’t stay more , maybe cause it’s not my type,,, ………….. I ranked it 2 to 3 stars………. Rooms are spacious but not as clean small lobby small buffet, …………. Red full remodeling……………………………………..

    I stayed here for one night in August and got a nice welcome from Ismail at the front desk. I negotiated an upgrade with his boss on the phone who allowed it as I have Genius status on Booking. I visited a standard room which was quite nice and spacious (34m2) then went to my 2 room suite with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a big bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and huge kitchen plus an unfurnished terrace.There were two single beds in one bedroom and a double bed in the other one, both with TV screens on the wall. There were comfortable couches and a large screen TV in the living room.There was a washing machine in the kitchen which could be useful for long stays but there were practically no utensils or dishes.I had a look at the swimming pool which wasn't suitable for swimming lengths as it wasn't very big and the shallow end was roped off for children.I had completely forgotten that breakfast was included in the price so later on I ordered some strawberry juice (no oranges in Tunisia in the summer!), a cheese omelette and a plate of fruit from room service which arrived quickly.I went to take a shower in the fancy jacuzzi bathtub. There were no shower caps in the bathroom and housekeeping didn't have any either but the worst thing was that there was no hot water.A friendly lady came over to say goodbye to me as I left which was nice but I wouldn't stay here again unless I was sure they had hot water.

    I stayed for one night, the gentleman at the reception upgraded my room from a standard room to a suite, it was a very nice surprise, the suite is very big with a complete kitchen and it’s amenities, a huge tv screen in the living room and a main room with it’s tv screen too, the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and polite and hospital, the location is near a busy market with plenty of good restaurants and cafes.
