Although I only stayed for two days, this high-end hotel truly impressed me. The rooms are spacious, meticulously maintained, and beautifully decorated, featuring a balcony that offers a lovely view of the huge garden and swimming pool.The culinary experience was outstanding. My breakfasts and my dinner at L'Olivier restaurant were absolutely delicious, with a diverse and high-quality buffet. There was no waiting time at all to be served, and the staff was incredibly kind, smiling, and professional. It was also highly pleasant at the end of the day to listen to live musicians while relaxing in the beautifully designed bar area.I also visited the private beach, which was perfectly clean and well-equipped—it was just a pity the weather was gloomy, so I couldn't go for a swim! I really appreciated the hotel's welcoming gesture: a beautiful plate of fresh fruit and traditional Tunisian pastries waiting in my room upon arrival.Finally, the service was flawless until the very end. The hotel booked a reliable and very friendly driver for me, who dropped me off safely in Hammamet. As an exacting traveler, I can only highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely be back! The room facing seaview was perfect, great for watching sunrise. We love the direct access to beach, the free use of hamman and the indoor thermal pool. Definitely good if you are planning on slow day just relaxing, eat, sleep, swim repeat. We had a wonderful family stay at The Residence Tunis. The property is beautiful, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional level of hospitality.What We Loved:Spacious & Spotless Rooms: The accommodations are generous in size, impeccably clean, and exceptionally comfortable. We stayed as party of 5 with two inter-connecting roomsPool & Beach: The main pool area is fantastic. The hotel’s private beach features soft sand and calm, shallow waters, making it ideal and safe for children including my 3 year old son.Kids Club: Excellent facilities and attentive staff that kept the kids fully entertained throughout our stay.Prime Location: Perfect base for exploring—just a short drive to La Marsa for fantastic local dining and close to the local markets for authentic souk shopping.Standout Service:Management here is remarkably attentive. Whenever a minor issue arose, it was addressed and corrected almost immediately. A special mention must go to the Resident Manager, Souad Harbaoui, whose outstanding leadership and hands-on involvement ensured everything was resolved quickly and smoothly.
