  Satisfaction

  19 Aug 2025

The hotel was a price-performance hotel, but I was especially pleased with the attention of their staff.Their director or the gentleman at the front desk were very interested. The maid in the restaurant also prepared a special plate for our table when we asked for potatoes and cigarettes. The Diger was also interested in the tables. They had a messing section that I didn't see at any hotel, which means they thought of the customer from every side. ABDULLAH TOY, at Dunya Otel Adana, responded to this review Thank you for your feedback! We are glad to hear that you appreciated the attention and care of our staff. Your kind words about our team, including the front desk and restaurant staff, mean a lot to us. We hope to welcome you back soon! Originally submitted in Turkish on www.tripadvisor.com.tr. Recommendation

World Hotel, situated in a convenient location in the heart of Adana, is a great choice for both business trips and tourist stays. The rooms are super clean and comfortable, with modern design, making you feel right at home. The staff is friendly, attentive, and ready to help with any matter. The breakfast was varied and delicious, especially the local flavors I loved. Would definitely recommend this hotel with a mix of quality and great value.
