    Location is good.but rooms are small. Breakfast is ok .i would not rate this place v good as i found it average in terms of service.cleanliness.hospitality.responce to most request is cold.wchich is unlike other contries.

    We had a weekend spa for 6 people. It was brilliant. Each room had a complementary bottle of fizz, tea, coffee and biscuits. The beds were very comfortable. During our stay we had full access to the pool,sauna jacuzzi and gym. We all enjoyed a variety of treatments. Staff were professional but friendly and very helpful. The service at our evening meal was a little slow. However,The meal was delicious and the staff kindly brought a surprise dessert for the birthday girl. Breakfast was amazing and the light lunch plentiful. I will definitely be going back.

    Great hotel, has gym pool spa and sauna! Perfectly located near the international terminal. A bit dated but still very comfortable. Front counter staff are always very friendly and efficient. Only recommendation would be to show more than AFL in the bar, catering to non Victorian guests

    Currently staying in Park Royal for 4th of 5 nights. This is a very good hotel across the street from the Melbourne airport, making connections very convenient. The hotel is very quiet. Even though my room faces the airport, I'd never know it since I don't hear the planes taking off or landing. They really created a quiet hotel. Rooms are very comfortable. WIFI works very well...even for streaming video without extra charges (or at least this is with my room package). Restaurant and bar serves very well prepared food with an adequate selection. Staff is extremely friendly. Would recommend Park Royal for anyone needing airport convenience and a clean, quiet room. Would definitely come back to Park Royal on return visit.

    I was very pleased i chose this hotel. The location is excellent, right in the city centre.Its close to lots of shops and restaurants and the main sights.My room was huge with a large bed and nice city view. The bathroom was also spacious.Despite being in the city centre the room was quiet and i slept well.Buffet breakfast was very good with lots of fruit,cereals, breads and salads etc.Staff were helpful and spoke good English.For the price i paid it was very good value. I would recommend this hotel for those looking for mid range place in city centre.
