This luxury hotel is located at the heart of the Turkish city of Adana, some 3 km from the nearest train station.

Facility

138 non-smoking rooms and 28 junior suites are located on 14 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     Terrible Stay At The Hampton Inn In Plymouth Meeting

    I have stayed at Hampton Inn in other locations and had good experiences. This one was not one of them. As far as a renovated room, I have never seen one so cheaply done. I expected far more for a “king suite”. The bathroom has no towel bars to dry towels. Two small hooks that don’t hold towels well. No exhaust fan in bath so you have to keep door open while showering. I like the bathroom warm when I get out of shower. No closet. 4 hooks on a wall. The most uncomfortable sofa and chair. No coffee table. Only one small tv tray type table big enough for a small laptop so I could use one plate and silverware. My husband could not sit with me on sofa to eat, so he used our cooler as a table so he could sit in the chair and watch tv. The bed had a terrible mattress. A bad dip in mattress on one side and a high side on the other. There was no comforter on the bed but rather a nylon decorative spread that i wouldn’t want near my skin. Our room was on the second floor near the emergency exit stairs. The door did not lock to exit to the parking lot so there was no sense of security. One night someone came to our door and banged on it several times and woke us. We did not open the door and I called the front desk to complain about the lack of security. The front desk clerk said she would check it and informed me it is only left unlocked during the day. First of all, why would it be unlocked anytime for the security of guests-especially in times such as these. We checked the lock again and all you had to do was jiggle the handle and you’re in. The next night someone was vacuuming the hallway after 9pm.

    Decor was ugly… and it was supposedly just renovated? Little to no water pressure in bathroom. Coffee was good, thankfully, and the yogurt and muffins made an edible breakfast. I felt like I was eating in a Walmart, though; (can’t people change out of their pjs to come down for breakfast??).

    I made a reservation for 3 nights. My plans changed and I added a 4th night with a single night reservation. When I arrived at the hotel, I asked the night desk person, if I could have the same room for all for nights. She said I couldn't. After breakfast, Valerie Jamison was on duty.i explained the situation. She was most helpful and arranged that i could have the same room the entire stay. That is good service and I thanked her. However, in an age of poor to mediocre service, it was wonderful to have good service.

    Our room as well as the lobby, dining area, and gym were all clean. Staff was friendly. Refrigerator in room did not work. Ice makers in 3rd and 4th floors are out of service.

    Overall quite a good experience. The room was clean, fairly quiet (facing away from the interstate), updated bathroom in good shape, room fixtures and carpet not too old, bed and linen were great, hvac unit working. The lobby could use a thorough cleaning of floors, walls and glass windows. One elevator was broken, and the other needed cleaning and new walls/doors. The breakfast was mostly good, could use more fruits (whole apples and oranges provided), the oatmeal was not hot, the bacon overcooked. Overall these are minor complaints, my experience was good especially for the price, which is less than most other choices in the area.
