    Stayed for 2 nights on a business trip. The choice of hotel was made by our host.The room was big, clean. The bed was large and very comfy. Was able to watch some Champions League football on the TV. Have seen better offers of complimentary snacks and drinks in more affordable hotels in the UK and Thailand.Very nice buffet breakfast available downstairs.     A Pleasant Stay in a Prime Location – Great Value Overall

    The Sheraton Grand is in a fantastic location—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport—which made getting around super convenient. That said, the area can get a little noisy, especially during peak hours, so light sleepers might want to keep that in mind.Check-in was a breeze. The staff at the front desk were welcoming, well-informed, and had a relaxed, easygoing attitude that helped set the tone for our stay. It made the whole arrival process feel stress-free.Our room was a pleasant surprise—spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully decorated. There was definitely an effort to create a stylish and comfortable space. However, a few furniture pieces felt slightly mismatched and gave off a bit of a tacky vibe, which was a small contrast to the otherwise tasteful design. Also, the temperature in the room was on the warm side, and adjusting it didn’t seem to make much of a difference.One thing we noticed was that the staff seemed under a lot of pressure, likely due to how busy the hotel was. Still, they handled it like pros—always friendly, approachable, and eager to help, which we really appreciated.Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a lot of positives, especially considering the price.     The hotel infrastructure is really nice. But the service staff except some are very poor.Specially breakfast service is very poor.I stayed at this hotel more than a year but breakfast manager never tried to fix the issues.Hotel staff do not care about regular business guest.Fitness center is nice and staff is always friendly.     I have a room today in Sheraton adana hotel on second floor and the AC not working at all , the weather very hot , i called guest services (1700) many times to send someone to fix the AC she not understanding English and eveytime she ask me to repeat what i need. ANd told me the technician coming now 1 hour without any response.Really very very bad experience in this hotel.     A beautiful hotel

    The hotel is very grand, per the name, and there are beautiful, comfortable rooms and a wonderful view. There are some.staff that are excellent at their job, Neslihan, Aysa, and the lounge crew is excellent. Osman, Ahmad, and most of the breakfast crew are professional, efficient, and courteous. The tennis court is perfect in the winter. I would expect higher quality and more diverse food from a 5 star hotel, but I also ate there a lot.
