    we stayed in this hotel for 1 night. the impression this hotel gave was not worthy of 5 stars. absolutely everything was old/worn and dirty and the view was terrible. the photos I took myself show that the photos on the website DO NOT correspond to reality AT ALL. this whole hotel should be thoroughly cleaned….

    I stayed in this hotel for one night. In my opinion smoking is a very big problem especially in hotels in Adana region. Adana Sürmeli unfortunately gets its share from this severe problem as well. Stuff is very helpful and did all their best to make one comfortable. Beds and pillows were very good. WiFi was quite problematic. I must admit I couldn’t get any connection from my room. That was annoying. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was also not as expected from a 5 star hotel. The place where they serve breakfast was very dark and very flat. Check-out was lightning fast. Overall Surmeli Hotels used to be better in means of quality but they should re-consider themselves.

    very good centrally located hotel,close to restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. Taxi journey to the airport is less than 10 minutes . Hotel has a swimming pool and sun terrace which is ideal for relaxation. very comfortable air conditioned room. receptionists were very friendly and helpful and they speak English! Excellent service..the waiters Feyzan and Adem were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to help. Excellent choice at breakfast. I also ate in the restaurant in the evenings. Food was also very good. Good places to visit are the Merkez mosque, Merkez park, ethnographic museum, the old part of the city around the Buyuk Saat, the tas koprusu ( stone bridge across the river0

    The best feature of this hotel is the convinient location in the Seyhan - adana area near many comercial & retail centers , the bed was very comfortable, the twin bed room was clean and spacious, the breakfast buffet was great and diverse, the service was good, the only downside was that the staff barely speak English , Arabic or any forgein language...

    I have been for one night in Surmeli hotel-its very central location and taxi cost 12 turkish lira from airport.For me hotel is a over kitchy,room is good but bed is very short and narrow.Good impression make fruit for wellcome in room.Bathroom is very good.Breakfast is like back in 70" very old furmiture and nothing for choice to eat.Elevators are very tight and very skow and a little bit crotchety.Good for price but not for long stay for me.
