  Unfortunately, this hotel has not lived up to the reviews we read before booking, and our experience so far has been incredibly disappointing.We are a family of four staying for two weeks, arriving in the early hours of Monday morning. The room is simply not suitable for four people. It has a double bed and a single bed, with a sofa bed that was clearly not an adequate solution for our family. There is a complete lack of storage and the fridge doesn’t work.We raised our concerns with reception on Monday and were told to return on Tuesday. When we did, the receptionist spoke to the manager, who immediately stated that the hotel was fully booked without even checking a computer. We were left feeling as though our concerns were being dismissed rather than properly considered.The hotel eventually swapped the sofa for a single camp bed, which is only marginally better and incredibly uncomfortable. I emailed the hotel on Wednesday to explain our concerns and ask for a suitable resolution. We even offered to pay extra for an upgrade, as we simply want to be comfortable for the remainder of our holiday. As of writing this review, we have received absolutely no response. The lack of communication and customer service has been extremely disappointing.What makes this even more upsetting is that this is the only holiday we will have this year. We have spent our hard-earned money looking forward to two weeks away as a family, only to find ourselves worrying about uncomfortable sleeping arrangements and chasing the hotel for a response. We are not asking for anything unreasonable, just suitable accommodation for four people and a willingness to help resolve the situation.Unfortunately, the poor customer service doesn't stop there.Today, my son had been using the PlayStation but became fed up and still had 15 minutes remaining of the time we had paid for. My husband kindly offered the remaining time to two young children. However, the man working there came storming over and took the controller straight out of the children's hands, insisting it was only for the child who had paid. My husband asked where the rules regarding this were displayed, at which point the man claimed he couldn't speak English. This was particularly frustrating as the time we had paid for had not even run out.The whole incident felt unnecessarily confrontational and was a really disappointing way to treat young children. A little kindness and common sense would have gone a long way.Overall, this has not been the family-friendly experience we were hoping for. Mistakes and problems can happen at any hotel, but what matters is how they are handled. In our experience, the communication, customer service and willingness to resolve issues have been seriously lacking.We still have a significant part of our holiday left, and it is devastating that what should be a relaxing and enjoyable family break has been overshadowed by these issues.I genuinely hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes an effort to put things right, but based on our experience so far, we are extremely disappointed.

  What can i say and where do i start ??Animation team:The manager alpay again best entertainment manager there is forever greatfull for everything you done this year and for always being my good friend for 9 years xx The team this year was amazing big shout to rado & ragner the best guys crazy funny always fun around the place, gigi, castine mitchell omg crazy girls so funny and so much fun to be around tiger with his aqua and big smile great guy D-Jess with the best music too such a great guy and my oldest friend main dj tuncay was so good to see even aTwo visitz from the king of animation chiefs hakan my fave for 9 years! Thankyou so much for everyone making our holiday so good and we will see you in 2028 ??????Bar TeamGood to see my old friend mert still there the best of the best 9 years my friend and still making my special drink.
