Location

This hotel is located only 150 m from the beach, which is just across the road and the newly built marina is also nearby. It is 20 m from links to the public transport network and 80 m from restaurants. There are bars and nightspots 600 m away and shops 650 m from the hotel. The centre of Altinkum is 1 km away, where guests will find many more shops, bars and restaurants as well as the main beach.

Facility

250 rooms, including 18 junior suites and 228 double rooms, are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive can be booked. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for dinner). Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. The hotel also offers snacks. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    The best thing this hotel has going for it is the staff. All staff we encountered were extremely courteous and friendly even with the language barrier. I would recommend the spa, had an amazing massage but the Turkish bath was a let down. However if you are Irish, English and have experienced 4 star hotels in other parts of Turkey, this will be a disappointment. Food is at best average, ALWAYS cold, drinks package is very poor. We had no entertainment for first few days, no a la carte restaurants as advertised. The hotel has potential but has a lot of areas to improve before you could rate it as 4 star.

    We had a lovely week here! Close enough to walk to any amenities. Great atmosphere, entertainment staff were amazing with our children they really enjoyed themselves.
