This hotel is located only 150 m from the beach, which is just across the road and the newly built marina is also nearby. It is 20 m from links to the public transport network and 80 m from restaurants. There are bars and nightspots 600 m away and shops 650 m from the hotel. The centre of Altinkum is 1 km away, where guests will find many more shops, bars and restaurants as well as the main beach.

250 rooms, including 18 junior suites and 228 double rooms, are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     The location is good, and the swimming pool is okay. Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing. The food was often cold, and the staff lacked communication and friendliness, rarely smiling or making guests feel welcome. The rooms are outdated and in need of renovation, with broken items and mold in the bathrooms. The quality and variety of the food also left much to be desired. Overall, there is significant room for improvement in the food, accommodation, and customer service.

    Horrible food, sick for 3 days, literal bugs coming out of the bathroom floor, no hot water

    We have just returned from this hotel , 3 couples , we return to Turkey every year and this is the first bad review I have written. The hotel its self is ok, the cleaners are very good, clean towels everyday. Some if the bar staff are very good, the photography man is the most friendliest guy! The drinks are ok for all inclusive, bar doesn't shut till 12 which is unusual for all inclusive. Location is fairly good as well. Check in was ok, we normally have someone take our bags to our room but no we had to find our room Location ourself , no water on arrival and it was late so we were parched when we got up! That is all I have to say that is good , now I will tell you why to avoid this hotel ,the food is not edible, it is always cold and covered in flies, we are not fussy eaters we normally can find something we can eat even if its basic , we dont mind, but we could not eat anything as the hygiene was awful, we had to eat out everyday despite paying for all inclusive. The sunbeds round the pool are all broken , the pool side is dirty , the outside tables are dirty, again flies everywhere !!!! There is a snack bar in the afternoon, we tried that.....cold burger and chips no thanks , that was the choice , ice creams at 3pm you got handed a funny chocolate lolly , no choice again , the coffee machine is awful, tastes like treacle, no teabags on offer , only Turkish tea , luckily we took our own , hot water machine was luke warm so we had luke warm tea !! We normally love and get on really well with the Turkish people and staff , there were a few really nice people but the majority were rude and grumpy, and didnt look like they wanted to be there . We will return to Altinkim but never to this hotel again.We ate out at Istanbul restaurant, sky bar and a lovely beach restaurant on yesikent beach . We only really slept at the hotel in the end, it was too depressing.

    Well on arrive thought of lovely,Rooms seemed ok little bit grubby but livable, but food was absolutely awful, cold not really cater for ALL nationals. And always covered in flys, Tea in paper cups again water for this was just warm ??,most of the staff could have been more friendly, felt like did want us there, the pool area was absolutely filthy never once did I see anyone clean a subbed sweep floors, and the flies ??,Don’t think I’ll be back
