Car broken into in parking garage

We stayed here in August for 2 nights as we were moving to a new house and it wouldn't be ready till 2 days after we moved out. The hotel is nice, we had stayed here before. We parked our car in the hotels underground lot. The next morning we came down to find our car window smashed out and some personal belongings gone. Security was called and a report filled out. Half the staff we dealt with were nice and helped but there were a couple who made us feel as though we were inconveniencing them with our requests for help. Among other things we needed to find out if a tow truck could enter the underground garage and they were reluctant to provide any help other than a vague maybe and maybe we could go downstairs and get measurements. I realize they can't control crime in the downtown but they offered not so much as a free coffee for our troubles. We often stay at the Delta in Sault Ste Marie and feel they are more willing to help and truly care about your experience there. We did get the perfunctory so sorry email but it rang hollow.Over all a disappointing stay.

In my opinion....At your peril

As much as reviews are from experience & many of us disagree, mine is one of a very negative. How this hotel can be classed as 3* is beyond me, maybe minus 3*. Arriving late night to a room where the wallpaper was coming off the wall, curtains looked like they had not been cleaned since the hotel was built. I paid for 6 nights but did not even unpack and certainly didn't even want to chance breakfast in the morning, due to the lack of cleanliness there. Thankfully I had friends staying in a hotel the other side of Didim & was able to check in there. The one plus was the very friendly lady on reception when I left who asked if I didn't like the hotel. I did not have the heart to say what I really felt. I lived in Didim for 3 years and this was my first trip there for 8 years and that first night there took away all the good memories I had of the area, but was restored when I changed hotel

Best family hotel in Altinkum. , rooms very clean. Great staff. The owner is very friendly. Very central to everything. Just 1 munite Wall to the beach. recommend it.

Great location to beach, restaurants and activities. Highly recommended to those interested in solo travel and in good location to places. The rooms are cleaned every day and the staff are always happy to help. Hotel is managed very well and the manager named Halil is friendly and always helpful. Graham

Very friendly staff, we are happy with our stay. The rooms are clean and the hotel is well managed, issues are rectified quickly with politeness. Highly recommended and will definetly return. If you are into low cost and good holiday then delta is for you.Nezaket
