This family-friendly beach hotel is situated in a small village, which lies between the cities of Bodrum and Izmir. The centre of Altinkum is just 550 metres from the hotel and can be reached in 7 minutes on foot. There guests will find a number of restaurants, bars, pubs, nightlife spots, shops and links to the public transport network. The beach is also a 7-minute walk away. Aydin is 1 km from the accommodation, the Temple of Apollo is 3 km away and Millet and Priene are 28 and 35 km away respectively. Milas-Bodrum Airport is 95 km away.

The hotel has 43 double rooms, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Just returned from our first trip to Turkey 15th October. We could not have stayed in a nicer , friendlier hotel, with such lovely sincere kind people. This place has become my second home .. I absolutely love coming here .. rooms are clean everyday staff are very friendly it's close to shops and beach its a perfect chilled out place .. Have just returned from another fantastic stay at Saadet would like to thank all the staff for making our holiday a memrebale one as always, cleaners do fantastic job in cleaning room everyday also clean towels. Breakfast is Turkish with plenty to choose from cereal, salad,boiled eggs,meat, cheese, fresh bread. nice and chilled location about a 10min walk to beach where there plenty shops and bars to eat. A lovely experience as a solo female at this hotel. The room was adequate for a single person. All areas of this hotel are spotlessly clean and the rooms are cleaned every day. Turkish breakfast is enough to start your day and there are nearby bars if a full English is needed. The pool is a great meeting place for the guests as many are returning each year. My sister and I stayed here from 15th to 24th.we were made to feel welcome by baris and his family. The rooms are very basic, but you get what you pay for. A good sized pool, good menu, decent breakfast, and friendly atmosphere. All amenities are close by, bakers, supermarkets, beach, and shops. All in all, we enjoyed our time.
