The holiday village was modernised in 2021. 300 rooms are available. Multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided to guests. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Facility

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony with a partial sea view is included in most units and encourages guests to linger a while. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. A telephone, a TV and WiFi provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. As an extra convenience, bathrooms provide cosmetic products. Rooms

Pleasantly heated outdoor pools, filled with salt water, guarantee comfortable swimming (no extra charge). There is also a special swimming area for kids. A waterslide and a refreshing drink at the poolside snack bar offer the perfect way to unwind. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. The wide range of activities offered at the holiday village ensures that there is something new to do every day, including tennis, bocce, beach volleyball, volleyball, basketball, crazy golf and archery. Water sports available at the complex include water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing, diving, water aerobics and aquafit. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, callisthenics and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna and a hammam and, for an additional fee, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Third-party operators offer a beauty salon. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco and live music.

Sport

Dining facilities include a dining room, a café and a lobby bar. Guests can dine in a cosy atmosphere at the restaurant (a buffet and air conditioning). Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include bed and breakfast and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. The complex also offers snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The holiday village offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Best all inclusive we've ever been on

Just back as a group of 9. 6 adults and 3 kids had one of the best holidays ever.Transfers: one of the few negatives. 1hr 30 on a sweat box coach less than ideal way to start your holiday. Long beach is the last stop if you get shared transfers. Would recommend private - only takes 45 mins. Hotel: fantastic. Speedy check in, warm welcome. Grab a cold beer in lobby bar whilst they check rooms and arrange your golf buggy taxi to your rooms. Rooms are spacious, very clean have basic ammenities but all you need as all inclusive. Beds comfy. Hotel grounds imacculate. Staff are incredible. Friendly , helpfull, speedy, organised. The bar staff, kitchen staff, entertainment, lobby and maintenance staff up there with the best hotels.Food & drink: best all inclusive buffet ive had. Breakfast is continental not full english type. Lunch can be buffet or snack bar (would recommend snack bar) and they have choices for everyone including fussy eaters, vegetarians, gluten free etc. Food really was superb. Fresh, tasty plentiful, hygenic. Even when its busy it was never carnage and always got a clean table with water cutlery and good table service. Drinks are excellent choice. Efes beer on tap, well stocked water bottle fridges everywhere throughout the hotel, soft drinks include all the fresh fruit juices. Cocktails freshly made not just generic big jugs of sugary stuff and you can ask the bar staff to knock up your favourite if its not on the standard list. Pool/waterpark: one of the best parts of this excellent hotel. A 5 storey tower of 'big' slides with very little queuing and good sharing of dinghy's. Kids and adults alike had hours of fun there. Also a splash park full of 'kids' slides where its a bit noisy but children absolutely love running riot. Main pool was perfect temperature for a dip and very clean and well maintained. Lots of sunbeds so no hogging or 'sunbed wars' issues. Abuk: 10 minute walk down the beach to the nearest town/village. Isnt a bustling lively spot like marmaris/altinkum but plenty to do/see/eat has supermarket & pharmacy etc plus lots of kebab/chicken places all very cheap and good quality. **side note, we got a room with attic beds, for our 2 kids 7 & 10. Wouldnt recommend it for any younger than that as the stairs are very steep and could be dangerous for younger kids. Beautiful hotel with beautiful food and amazing staff, Zhannat, Tepari and Veli need a special mention we felt so comfortable and looked after by everyone. The staff came round and checked to make sure our holiday was meeting our expectations. The drinks were lovely and the all inclusive food were some of the best food we’ve eaten abroad. Overall really happy and would recommend

Just back from a wonderful 10 day break, we really enjoying it and will 100% return. The hotel does a lot of things well, the room was lovely, clean and spacious. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Drinks were good with a really good selection of freshly made cocktails available for both adults and also a kids cocktail menu. Plenty of sunbeds available with no horrible morning scramble. Numerous pools, which were warm enough and clean. Really good facilities for children, the waterpark was a big hit and the slides. We spent make use of mini club but believe it was very well run.The evening entertainment was your usual disco but then the acts were some of the best we’ve seen. Good was overall good especially the Al carte restaurant. Lunches at snack bar were a big massive hit. We never went hungry. The evening meals were good with lots of variety. My only small criticism I would have loved to have seen some more fresh fruit choices (melon, strawberries etc) on the one occasion it was served it was a huge hit! I would also have liked to have seen a steak night or Chinese night, sometimes it felt a bit sameie! The Icecream bar was great, the lady serving was a huge credit and always friendly. We also really enjoy the freely made Turkish coffee available. Overall very happy and would recommend. Amazing hotel

Very nice all the food , workers ,atmosphere amazing and very clean. Kids show is very good and has different things every day . The beach is super clean just like the entire hotel. The entertainment people are all super nice and fun to be around. Come to this hotel it’s the best I’ve been to in turkey I would book again 100% . The rooms are modern and clean looking the house keeping do an amazing job everyday. You get a lot for your money value is amazing. The noise is quite during morning but in evening turns to a lively atmosphere .
