    We almost re booked due to some of the previous reviews in here. We are here now and it is absolutely fine.Rooms - clean and tidy, cleaned daily, shower gel, shampoo topped up everyday. Hairdryer. clean towels daily. Only downside very small quilts but this is ok as it’s warm. Air con system is good. We had a sea view balcony and yes the sea is in the distance but it’s a great view.Food - restaurant is clean and tidy with lots of food for everyone. Yes sometimes the food was not piping hot but this is difficult in a big hotel.We had a couple of meals out to watch football and to have an Indian. We stayed 2 weeks first one was quiet and relaxing you could tell that it was the start of the season then our daughter, husband and grandsons came the second week and this is when it got really busy.Standards stayed the same but the staff who already work hard are now having to work harder and unfortunately some people have no patience.Playgym - really good - clean tidy and the boys enjoyed playing here before tea.Beach - clean tidy and there is an inlet/ pond where when the weather is calm you can see the fish. Bus runs regular to the beach or you can walk it in 20/30 mins but it’s slightly up hill back! Walks - you can walk miles to the right once down at the beach with boats and restaurants and bars. To the left you pass the next hotel and have a nice walk along the beach for about 20/30 mins but there is nothing there but a nice view and a pleasant walk.One thing I would say is watch any children you have before the mini disco playing football -they play where the metal poles are for the sun canopies and our grandson was pushed into one of the poles and cut open his head. (Good reviews for the hospital from my daughter but I am sure you want to avoid this). They tend to play a little rough and there are children of all ages wanting to joint in.You get what you pay for and this was a nice hotel clean and tidy with hardworking staff - we saw two sides to the hotel so if you want quieter come away from school holidays and if you have children come school holiday time - entertainment was great for the kids (maybe a little late for some after a busy day at the pools or beach ).

    Location - middle of nowhere in a residential area, no shops, 40 min drive to nearest town that has any life! Food - shocking, drinks limited and watered down. Staff are lovely but cleaners leave your balcony door unlocked after cleaning! Trips from the hotel terrible and not worth the money and the transfers to those trips are in unsafe over crowded small buses! Spa nice, pool nice, ice creams only at 2pm !! Hotel shop very over priced, Beach is not great and dirty! Booked three rooms for 8 people and they only wanted to give us two rooms! The family rooms are tiny! Not enough storage and space for a family of four! Sunbeds! You have to be up at 6am to bag one!!! Holidays are what you make it, but I would never stay here again.

    When we arrived it was during the night staff very helpful stayed in f building at the 4th floor .view brilliant pool water was cold but you can still go in it wee shop at pool brilliant if you need presant or some snacks Animation work really hard and it was fun sepa was great at work with a broken small toe still worked so were the other staff won a few times at the bingo hotel is in tbe hills very quiet bus took you to beach and the small amount of shops there Bus takes you to didam markets was brilliant great bargains weather was fab Were do i start with the food it was not warm the choice was not great every second day same food spoke with the hotel staff voiced my opition her answer was it maybe my palate thate had nothing to do with it also said about cold food she admitted that they were having problems with keeping food warm just shrugged it of for children at night was chios and pizza every night I spoke to them as my grandson did not lime this so for dinner every night he had plain pasta for dinner and she did not find this a issue She had said that the 95% of guest staying enjoyed the food i did say that when we were there it was mostly polish people that were there staying we were the only scottish speaking people i felt food was for other holiday makers She also mentioned that due to start of season it was not a great choice and the budget Fruit was hard pears apples oranges i brought this up she said that fruit was not in season i explained we had been at the matket and it was full of frest fruit lime strawberrys bannanas melon apricots just a few to mention I just felt that she was trying to justify for what i said as i said the hotel house keeping animation are what keeps people there the food was the same every few days if you have children or have children with autism ect or want warm food please dont go to this hotel They mostly do turkish tea only tea bags in yr room Be also aware we lived out our suit case due to only having 2 coat hangers for 3 people so room was a little messy House keeping were fab cleaned every day THE ANIMATION TEAM WERE BRILLIANT AND I HOPE THEY GET TOLD THE FROM THE SCOTTISH FAMILY

    Just Back from a week at this hotel.Definitely not a 4/5 star like advertised but for what i paid i didnt expect it to be.Room on the top floor was spotless and plenty of room.Pool area was spotless, pool freezing lol but ok once your in haha.Food in the restaurant is very hit and miss and luke warm, Breakfast was better as i had an omelette which is made fresh for you by the lovely lady.Staff really friendly, Lovely down at the beach some lovely bars and restaurants, if ya wanna watch football sumer restaurant show it and they are a lovely family. Beach club thats included in your all inclusive great for familys 4 slides food is chips nuggets etc id say eatable lolAll in all a nice relaxing week but dont turn up expecting 5 star luxury as you will be disappointed, its a cheap and cheerfull all inclusive

    Staff & aninimation are brilliant cant do enough for you. Rooms were clean and the hotelStaff are always cleaning everything! So much food choice. Nuggets and chips in the day round the pool. Pasta, rice & chips for the evening for kids who are fussy like ours.Free shuttle to the beach from hotel every 20 minutes from 8.30 - 21.30 and the pool at the beach is great with 4 slides the kids loved it. And still get all your food and drinks included.
