  We are still here currently an honest review of our experiance... Location of this hotel wasnt the besr choice for us as we prefer to be in the centre by shops and restraunts there is a bus to take you to the beach where there is a couple of shops and restraunts but nothing major and the nearest market for clothes and shoes ect is a 30-40 mins drive away by bus. The overall guest experiance was okay working in hospitality i tend to judge harshly on this... check in was atrocious the 3 staff who were behind reception barely spoke to us gave us our room key and just said ready no information given at all regarding where anything was or where our room was. A young boy took us to our room he did his best to explain to us where things were but he did say his english wasnt great but we appreciated the information. We are here technically out of season. They has advertised on the board activities throughout the day but this never happened. The evening entertainment was decent on the nights they had live acts but did start quite late sometimes 10pm the atmosphere around the pool was good there was entertainment staff around playing music and getting involved with the kids playing football and table tennis but nothing stand out. The atmosphere in main reception however was dead! Rooms - we couldnt fault our room it was clean, a lovely balcony and view and had all the amenities we needed including a fridge that was actully cold (this is always an issue) housekeeping were in everyday to replace towels and blankets which was lovely. We didnt experiance any noise issues from our room but i would reccoment asking to be placed in a block near the front of the hotel as there is bedrooms that back onto the entertainment stage which goes on to the early hours! Food was plentiful, varied and actully decent there was diffrent things on offer everynight staples stayed the same but still many offerings of diffeent dishes including english foods greay for fussy eaters like my husband we both found something every meal time to eat! Overall this hotel was great for what we wanted it is what you make it abd we didnt find anything majorly wrong with anything here. Just would have liked a warmer welcome! First impressions matter. We would return however location isnt for us.

  Averall a nice holiday, but I don't think I woud return. Read along to see why.

  Overall, we had a pleasant stay, although there were a few disappointments.The hotel is conveniently located about an hour’s drive from Bodrum Airport. We stayed on the top floor, and our room was clean, spacious and slightly better than expected, with an absolutely stunning view. Unfortunately, the solid concrete balcony wall meant we couldn’t really enjoy that view while sitting outside with our morning coffee, which was a shame.The food was generally good, but despite the huge variety, it became quite repetitive. I would have preferred fewer dishes, with the menu changing every few days. The desserts looked beautiful but were disappointing, as they were far too sweet and lacking any real flavour. It's also worth mentioning that the hotel doesn't serve pork products, although alcohol is available throughout the day.The swimming pool was lovely and clean, but unfortunately not heated. By late September/early October, the water was very cold, even colder than the sea! Another downside was the music, which was far too loud on most days. There were just two enormous speakers positioned near the DJ hut, and the volume often made it difficult to relax by the pool.The hotel provides a regular shuttle to the beach, which is handy as it's not within easy walking distance. However, we found the beach rather disappointing, pebbly and not particularly attractive. Luckily, we had hired a car and discovered Altinkum Beach in Didim, about 35–40 minutes away, with beautifully soft sand and lovely clear water. Definitely worth visiting!The evening entertainment was one of the highlights of our stay. We particularly enjoyed the Brazilian dancers, the Ethiopian show and the fire show. Unfortunately, the sound was again excessively loud. The amphitheatre also had only two large speakers, and I felt the hotel could benefit from upgrading its sound system to deliver better sound quality and more balanced volume, rather than simply turning everything up.The hotel seemed to cater mainly to Turkish guests, with a smaller number of Bulgarian, Polish and other international visitors. This is worth knowing if you're looking for a more internationally mixed atmosphere.Finally, although the rooms and dining areas were generally comfortable, some of the furniture felt rather dated, and the cleanliness of the furnishings could have been better.Overall, a nice hotel with some lovely features, particularly the views, spacious rooms and entertainment, overall nice food, but a few improvements to the food, furnishings, sound system and beach experience would make a real difference.

  Rooms very dated and dusty and the air conditioning needs updating food is terrible and cold breakfast in or your happy with toast and boiled eggs it’s the safer choice mostly cold

  This hotel has gone downhill in 2 years. I first came in 2024 and loved it. I came back this year and it was absolutely awful. Another guest grabbed two of my children in a rage and the police and hotel did absolutely nothing. The front of house staff was rude and aggressive towards us and after made us feel not safe so we had to pay extra to come home early. We was also placed in a room that stank of urine and was behind the main stage of the night so thumping loud music until past 11pm every night when I have young children from 10 months. I would never ever return and I wouldn't recommend to anyone!

  Nice hotel, but a few issues.

  We spent 1 week at this hotel in Sept 26. My sister, nephew and myself. We asked on booking to ensure we got 3 separate beds. We asked again at check in and were assured we had 3 beds. On arrival at 2am, we are given v little instructions, but were assisted to our room. We were missing bedding on 1 of the 3 beds, when we asked for it we were assured they would come back shortly. After 2 calls to reception we were told they were coming, then they stopped answering our calls. After nearly an hour we made up the bed with what we could so we could put the baby down. We got sheets the next day from house keeping. The hotel had a lot of steps or slopes between reception and the rooms, depending on where your room is. It was quite a lot of walking. If any issues with walking, it was quite a difficult. We were in one of the buildings at the back and top, so took a lot of walking each day. The staff at the hotel were nice and friendly, but it was quite difficult to communicate as a lot of them didn't speak English. The majority of the guests at the hotel are Turkish. So also hard to communicate with. There was a huge amount of smoking at the hotel. Whilst it is banned indoors in Turkey, smoking was literally everywhere else. Including in the restaurant, unless you sat in doors and away from any openings, you could smell smoke, including around the baby pool even though there are no smoking signs and always in the bar area. Which was covered so smoke lingered. The food in the restaurant was buffet style with a lot of variation. But there were either no labels or very vague labels which didn't always tell you what was in every meal. The snack bar by the pool was basic chips, burgers and nuggets every day with salad and fruit available too. Ice cream and cookies were also available each afternoon.
