Big disappointment!!!

Checked in few hours back. We booked for 2 adults + 2 kids however given 1 king and 1 single bed. No towel, when we asked for bathroom towels, we were given small ones with an excuse that they could not find any other. Cleanliness is terrible. Room smells disgustingly smoking. Currently could not find any other alternative hence have to stay here. Paid 260 euro for 2 nights which is overpriced for the condition of the room. Photos are fully misleading.

False advertising

This was a serious case of false advertising. We paid the same nightly rate that got us into very nice boutique hotels in other Turkish cities, yet this hotel is not even worth a quarter of that. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. We booked in and stayed exactly 1 hour, long enough to find another hotel as there was no way we were staying there.

The hotel is not as pictured in photos. Rooms where at checking in very dirty. Changed 3 rooms before checking in. Doors are not safe. Beds are dirty, asked frequently for clean sheets and towels and received them after complaining at reception. At restaurant servers werent wearing masks. Chefs were also not wearing masks and gloves. Me and my family also got diareah from the food. Websites are stated of free parking. But they dont have a parking lot only a field behind the hotel. We got stuk one evening and could not get our car out waited almost a hour and the police helped us. The hotel told us not being responsible for the parking issue. We complained several times about food, cleaning and service amd they didn't do anything about it. When I complained the hotel manager acted like I was dumb and acted like the complaints were little issues. They did not give our money back and we where forced to stay at a accomadation that is the worst place ever. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. EVERYTHING DESCRIBED ON WEBSITES AND PITURES IS FAKE. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst hotel experience ever!

Before anything, this hotel was like an abandoned motel that’s been occupied by bandits (see photos). The only good thing about this hotel is the variety of food. Everything else was awful and dramatic throughout our 3-day stay. On each day we witnessed unhappy guests arguing with the hotel management, whom were rude and swearing at the guests as they walked off. We paid a damning 4000 TL (they knew demand was high) and so they gave us a cramped and dirty room on the roof. The fridge in the room was as dirty as hell. Towels and bedsheets were not cleaned until we left (apparently they clean them every 3 days). They are super stingy with their spoonful shampoo and there were no shower screens which made it dangerously slippery when wet! In coridors were dangerously piled up furniture. During mealtime, there was rotten smell coming from the pool area that made us want to vomet. When we finished our meal, cutterly was left not cleaned up. In general, this is the dirtiest and least respective hotel we’ve ever experienced and will never visit again. I do not recommend.

DON'T EVER USE THIS HOTEL.

So me and my partner went here with my Granddad who booked us into all inclusive.First we thought, Brill it'll be a good hotel and all inclusive but we were so wrong about it all and we had the worst experience ever. First of the hotel was terrible and the staff were absolutely horrible, They made us feel uncomfortable and they made my girlfriend feel uncomfortable in every aspect. They would stare and laugh and was no help what so ever, Also the staff behind the reception were even worse, Very rude. Not polite in any way, Always talking about us in there language, We didn't feel welcome what so ever. The next thing, The food was absolutely awful, They used cooked food from previous days and put it out on dishes, They didn't wash there plates and the food wasn't really fit for eating!!! Next the hotel is more Turkey people based and that isn't a problem but a lot of them were very arrogant and didn't interact and made us feel small compared to everyone else, I mean the hotel and staff ruined our holiday and we had to vacate the hotel everyday/all-day just to get away from all the aggro.So the last thing is, The all inclusive is aloud of crap, The bar shut at 10pm and opened at 11 when we got told me could use the service all day and all night. Felt really let down by this and i would NEVER return. Not even if i was paid to. DON'T EVER USE THIS HOTEL. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING.
