    Classy hotel in Didim

    Room was very big, comfy and clean. Housekeeping provided daily. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was cheerful and helpful. Despite of low quality of Didim central, hotel was classy. You can use private beach next to hotel. Prices are high comparing to local restaurants. The only negative aspect i can tell is poor quality coctails. We ordered mojito but sadly was no alcohol in it. Overall, we loved this hotel and staff definitely recommend it.

    Had a disgusting experience with a previous hotel i booked and stayed in for one night. Moved to this location and everything exceeded expectations very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms very comfortable and great location for all rooms. Food was excellent. Needless to say on our return to the area in Jan we will be staying at this establishment.

    We were a party of 8 and found the food appalling, I had the chicken schnitzel which was wafer thin, extremely dry and could hardly cut it, the small dish of veg cold but the chips were okay, I left half of the chicken and all the veg, my husband asked for a fillet steak and was given the wrong one which was very thinly cut, I didn’t like to ask my other guests how there’s was, for 3000tl it was not worth the money, I would be very reluctant to visit again, the setting of the restaurant is wonderful, the staff were very attentive but at time too obtrusive including clearing the table when we wasn’t all finished eating

    Room was clean and big with marina view, food is fine, people work there just friendly locals. We got beautiful Turkish breakfast with all chesses and olives, honey , clotted cream .... just delicious. I am looking for staying there again.

    Worst customer service EVER

    Visited D- Marin with friends on our day off and experienced the worst customer service I have ever received. Everything was a problem for them and were told NO when the beach was full. We kindly asked if they could let us know when a bed became available and they said this was not possible. So unfriendly which is a shame as the location is stunning.
