  Calm & peaceful stay with lots of positive vibes

  Our stay in Green Park Hotel was good. It’s a calm & peaceful place. There was a beautiful Christmas decoration which could perfectly reflect the holiday vibes. When you are on business trip during the holidays that makes a difference . There were few things such as the buzzing sound of bed. And the bad smell of sewage that sometimes spread the whole area. However, the super nice & respectful personnels who provide you the services make you to overlook those issues. And, I want to take this app to express my gratitude to all of them. Here are the few people I had the chance to receive their service. Thank you, ”Yasin”—the energetic, brilliant young Egyptian man at the restaurant—for your positive energy. Many thanks as well to “Sumeyra”, the kind and passionate young chef, whose beautiful smile never faded, even though she didn’t let the pain and soreness of her burnt finger interfere with her work.”Many thanks to the reception team—“Zeynep, Çala, and Nejati—for their patience and welcoming behavior from the very first day we entered, and throughout all the other days, despite the many requests we had. Special thanks to “Nejati”, who went the extra mile to help me make a call in Ankara; since the hotel phone couldn’t connect outside the hotel, he kindly lent me his own cellphone. Also, thanks to “Ibrahim” who tried to spread the positivity by saying “ thank you” in Persian! Thanks to :-“ Ersu” restaurant reception- housekeeping lady( I don’t know her name)- and others that I could not learn them in person.I would like to thank all of you & let you know that your daily efforts & commitment could make a huge difference.   Stayed here in Oct 2025 as part of a tour. Hotel seemed okay and big . Room had plenty of space however as pother people have said the smell from the bathroom wasn't great and you had no door or close to keep the smell out of the room . AC also was stuck on hot( 28 degrees) so lucky we had a window to open to cool the room down

  “During my stay at the hotel, I noticed that the receptionist was not cooperative, as she greeted me with a frown and spoke in an arrogant manner. In addition, she attempted to charge me more than the rate listed on the booking website. I kindly request your attention to this matter and that appropriate action be taken to ensure service quality.”

  FAKE 5 STARS HOTEL !!!!!!

  This hotel is one the terrible hotel ever seen in my life. they don’t know English at all and in the morning breakfast place was so cold 🥶 ,and everytime when i ask about heater systems they answered we are fixing in a week but we stayed at least one month and they didn’t fixed this . one time i ask about taxi the reception answer me so rude , like TAXI is over there you can take It!!!! if you claimant like 5 STARS hotel you are not to be able answer to your Guests! food are terribly bad waiters they did not educated to serve to guests.

  Worst Hotel Experience: Unfriendly Staff and Poor Facilities

  As someone who travels frequently for work and has had the opportunity to stay at many hotel groups worldwide, including well-known ones like Marriott, Sheraton, Hilton, as well as boutique hotels, I can confidently say that this is by far and unquestionably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff are unfriendly and uninterested, the breakfast might be the worst I've ever had completely lacking in flavor, with all the products being the cheapest and lowest quality. The fitness center is available, but guests are charged for using it (this is the first time I've seen this). Parking at night is a hassle, and leaving in the morning is just as bad. Among all these issues, the most important is that there is no one in charge you can speak to about these problems, and it seems these issues are not important to them. I can definitely say that this is the worst hotel I've stayed at, and I will never set foot in it again.
