Location

This appealing beach hotel is located directly beside a sand and shingle beach with bathing platform in Incekum, about 20 km to the west of Alanya and some 2.5 km from the town of Avsallar. A stop for the public transport can be found directly in front of the hotel on the coastal road. It is about 120 km to Antalya Airport, with a transfer time of some 90 minutes.

Facility

318 rooms, including 209 double rooms, are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a cloakroom and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service (for a fee), a childcare service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service and a hairdresser. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Guests can take part in a comprehensive water sports programme, which includes sailing, water aerobics and aquafit, with water skiing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, jet skiing, motorboat rides, paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing, snorkelling and diving available for a fee. The hotel offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, hydrotherapy treatments and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a café and a bar. A non-smoking restaurant with air conditioning, high chairs and a separate area for smokers is available to guests. Catering options include half board, full board and all-inclusive. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a selection non-alcoholic beverages and a complimentary minibar. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for dinner). Diet meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers special catering options. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.

    Nice hotel for the people who want to enjoy the sun and sea here in Turkey. We enjoyed the women’s section a lot, the service was good and the rooms and layout was perfect.Nice buffet and a lot of friendly staff, especially Ceyda who helped us during our stay. We will definitely be back!

    Honeymoon getaway; family friendly halal hotel

    We went for our honeymoon and it was a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind.Everyone was so attentive - especially Ceyda (guest relations) and servers Firat and Mehmet Ali. The respect itself is stunning, with activities and areas suited for couples and families. The food in each part of the resort was scrumptious, with foods differing every night for dinner from across the world. As part of our stay, we had a free meal at the ala carte restaurant, and Chef Volkan's food was delicious. We also had breakfast in our room which was a lovely change from the hustle of the breakfast buffet. The only comments I have is that sometimes the children’s nightly entertainment show can be too loud, with music going on until 11PM; and the rooms in the Flora block being a little outdated. The bathroom smells at times, and the general upkeep of the property could be improved. It would be nice if there could be some renovations around the resort, and updated rooms to elevate the experience.Aside from this, I would recommend to those planning to stay. The beachfront and staff definitely are wonderful.

    Great experience overall, all the staff was very nice and welcoming, the food and amenities were all extremely nice. Great place for newly wed couples and families to come to. Our trip was all inclusive and everything was always up to standard. We had dinner at the Ala Carte restaurant where we were taken care of by Firat, Volkan and Mehmet Ali. Our guest relations, Ceyda, was extremely helpful and looked after us the whole time we were here, she would check up on us regularly and would always help whenever it was needed.

    Adin Beach Resort is in keeping with everything else in Alanya, absolutely beautiful. The service is other worldly & the staff are genuinely keen to assist in giving you the best experience possible. I have especially thank the general managers 'Nurhayal' & 'Bengul', reception staff 'Sila Nur', who's thoroughly supported us on our trip. A big shout out to waiter 'Frat' who provide excellent service during our 'A 'l carte' experience. I cannot recommend this hotel enough & can't wait to return

    I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The food was one of the worst parts: every day the same dishes, very little variety, and almost nothing suitable for people who don’t eat meat. The service was extremely inattentive – staff were more focused on chatting with each other or being on their phones than taking care of guests. After 9 p.m. it was almost impossible to find anything to eat. The so-called “snack option” consisted of leftovers from dinner, and the “mini breakfast” was nothing more than a few olives.Service in general was very poor. Cutlery was constantly forgotten, staff were unfriendly, and I even felt clear discrimination: if you are not Turkish, you are treated worse and receive noticeably less attention. Hardly anyone speaks English, not even at the reception, so communication was a real struggle. Checking in was frustrating and only worked with Google Translate. The room keys often didn’t work, and there was no real room service.The room itself was disappointing: mold on the walls, thin blankets that didn’t keep warm, very uncomfortable beds and pillows, and the minibar was never refilled. The entertainment team promised activities that were never delivered, and the daily program was not followed. Hygiene in the women’s café area was terrible – wet floors and dirty tables. The à la carte restaurant offered very small portions, overcooked and dry meat, and overall tasteless food. Desserts and drinks in the evening were unappealing.For a hotel advertised as 5-star, the quality of food, service, and facilities was far below expectations. Staff seemed unmotivated and uninterested in their jobs. Sadly, this place does not deserve its 5-star rating
