Excellent hotel perfect for our requirements, we stayed for a week 5/1/26 for a visit to Attelia clinics, so not really a holiday but we still had needs & requirments and nothing was too much trouble and excellent value for money ! .I have got to mention a few people who’s service was above & beyond expectations The young man in front desk who attitude was amazing and helped with everything , even how to get two suitcase padlocks 😂He needs a fantastic pay rise Two gentleman in restaurant Martin & Michael again outstanding customer service & care even helped us buy gifts for our family .And last but not least and always missed the lady who took care of our room !😜 and she was well needed due to treatments we had 😢 she kept it spotless so we treated her too .All team were amazing and hotel lovely only little niggle is hotel needs double glazing as close to road and very noisy .Thankyou very much to everyone scott & Lynn xxx❤️

I stayed for one day because of its proximity to the airport. The breakfast was good, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean. I easily reached the airport using the tram that passes in front of the hotel.

Lovely staff ,very welcoming.Room very nice with everything you need, Comfortable, hot shower,tea/coffee facilities,bottles of water. Fridge. TV and table & chairs outside. Breakfast great with loads of variety. And a nice evening meal. No alcohol available. Overall a very nice hotel, would recommend.

The hotel needs to do something to fix the air conditioning limitations. There is a centrally controlled air conditioning system and this is occasionally switched off overnight. If it can be left on, atleast guests have the choice to either turn their room air conditioning on or off.I had a chat with the hotel manager about this who is a lovely man and explained that unfortunately it’s a design flaw of the system. Otherwise the many positives include:- Flawless room keeping service - Great breakfast- Tidy, modern, clean rooms- Blackout curtainsAnother slight inconvenience is that no iron can be provided within the room so you are limited to the chargeable ironing service.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and 5 days and this hotel blew us away. It is good value for money and the ambience, the design is modern and stylish. I would say facilities were exceptional. The bathroom had a hand dryer, shampoos, conditioners, soaps, fresh towels and toilet rolls. The cleaning team came every day. There was air conditioning, we just felt extremely comfortable. If you are wondering whether to book, then go ahead and do it, you WILL NOT be disappointed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Also getting about was easy, taxis, tram were just within reach. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
