    BEDBUGS!Our family stayed over the weekend, September 2025 & ended up with little red bites all over our legs!Went to the doctor this morning & turns out they’re caused by BEDBUGS! Disgusting! STAY AWAY!

    This motel was very clean, both inside and out. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The front staff was very friendly and we were greeted by them both coming and going. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

    Bed was soft and very comfortable. Bedding was really clean and freash. The staff and owners were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this motel if you wish an affordable and satisfying stay with morning breakfast included with the stay.

    I typically stay here for a ranch horse show. I’ve stayed the past three years. Is this the Ritz? No. BUT it’s recently remodeled, the staff has always been extremely friendly, the rooms are clean and the outside of the motel is well taken care of with flowers. The breakfast is less than ideal, but if you wanted yogurt, a hard boiled egg and some juice you’re good to go. The horse shows are long and hot. I typically leave the hotel at 5 AM and return close to midnight. It’s always been quiet. Water pressure is good. Air conditioning is cold and the beds are comfortable enough. Would recommend if you just need a place to shower and sleep.

    Loud a/c + bad breakfast + weird smell

    I rate this a 1 because the a/c was so incredibly loud I couldn't have it on. I usually like to have the fan on for white noise, but I couldn't even do that because it was so loud. And this is coming from someone that lived in NYC for 20 years. I would never book this motel again... especially in the summer when I would need the a/c on. Breakfast is a joke. I was also in a non-smoking room, but it felt like a smoking room and the smell coming into the room kept me up all night. Worst experience.
