  They are a far cry from the forced and artificial entertainment I've found in many other hotels. The team is incredibly friendly, cheerful, and professional. They don't force anyone into activities, but their energy is so high that you might find yourself wanting to join in. The poolside games during the day were very enjoyable, and the evening shows truly showcased the effort put into them. They completely prevented the holiday from becoming boring. Just for the positive and fun atmosphere created by this team alone, I would choose this hotel again. Thank you all for your hard work.

  Worst Hotel I stayed at ever

  I dont understand how this Hotel has 5Stars. Food absolutely disgusting and most days same food from yesterday, the whole family (16 of us) was so happy to go home so we can finally eat normal food.I have traveled lots of parts of turkey and different parts of the world but this must be the worst hotel i have ever stayed at for the money i recommend you book elsewhere.Next to Pool area is just a DJ letting the same playlist play all day everyday and night time very quiet by the bar.Majority of Staff unfriendly and unprofessional. Especially the bar staff in Lobby me and others were ordering drinks for the family 16 of us and halfway through ordering drinks he starts taking order from turkish people behind us in the queue and i tell him he didnt make all the drinks we wanted he got angry and shouted “finish now” trying to say thats enough drinks. I said to him “why finish” as we are a big family and he shouldnt act like that when someone is ordering a drink no matter how many it is and made the rest of the drinks not properly.I couldn’t believe how hotel staff can treat their guests like this. Please listen to me and dont book this hotel and look elsewhere instead. Even other family’s i spoke with at the hotel said that this is the worst hotel they stayed at in Turkey. Serving such a large group at the same time can naturally be challenging, but our colleagues always tried to assist in the best possible way.Regarding the food, we respectfully disagree with the statement that the meals were “disgusting.” Our hotel offers a wide international buffet with fresh products prepared daily, and many guests appreciate the variety provided throughout the week. We also noticed throughout your stay that your family regularly enjoyed meals and snacks in the main restaurant, snack areas, and other food outlets during the day. We understand that tastes can differ from person to person, but we believe the comments written are far from the overall experience offered at our hotel.We are also sorry to hear your opinion about our staff. Our employees work long hours every day to make our guests feel comfortable and welcome.
