Location

The hotel enjoys a great elevated position overlooking the Mediterranean and is close to the main road where public transport can be found with links to the large resort of Alanya, which is approximately 25 km away. Closer to the hotel is Avsallar (3 km) and local amenities can be found there. The hotel also has its own small beach, the impressive Incekum Beach, which is about a 5-minute stroll from the property. Antalya Airport is about 100 km away.

Facility

The resort has 10 suites and 180 double rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include medical assistance, room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service and a hairdresser.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, an alarm clock and WiFi provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A sun terrace, sun loungers, and parasols are available. The wide range of activities offered at the resort ensures that there is something new to do every day, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, bocce and beach volleyball. Guests can take part in a comprehensive water sports programme, which includes water aerobics and aquafit, with water skiing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, jet skiing, motorboat rides, paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing, kayaking, snorkelling and diving available for a fee. The resort offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and a hammam and, for an additional fee, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include a kids' club, live music and a dance club.

Meals

The dining area includes a restaurant (with high chairs) and a bar. All-inclusive can be booked. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The resort also offers snacks. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    So:- beaches are beautiful but dirty( we ask employees to help with this - they just ignore our request)- ultra alcohol- lying ( only Turkish alcohol)- few times the milk on breakfast was spoiled ( they don't care if children / adults will be spoiled at all)- 3 days we were waiting till dead animal will be cleaned out of our room (caterpillar- can you imagine the cleaning????!!!!- Alar Cart dinner which was promised was not organized at all, while manager ignored us at all and our request to have a talk with him -3 adult apartment is not enough even for 2 adults, it's kinda 8 m2( they proposed to put cot for fool price of third adult and it looked like all family is sleeping on one bedThat's just first things I want to mention!We used to go via anex tour - employees used to be rude, ignore our request , postponed our requests trying to left everything for last day , believing we will take calm. Be careful with both hotel and this operator!

    The hotel is beautifull but that's it.. The music was whole day playing too loud , everything closed too early , rooms smell to food.. No fresh towels, no toiletpaper had to call reception everyday for bringing toilet paper. ( only good thing was the private beach..

    Holiday should be Relaxing but because of pool's music also mini disco I Couldnt relax in my room. I Couldnt find anywhere to read a book or do some reseaech till 12 then most of ligts goes of !!!! Food was discusting very very unhealty they use something left from breakfast for dinner !!! Also smoke & Smell was very annoying everymorning I woke up to Smell of restaurant in my room because of hotel design most of rooms are up restaurant ... I dont think they are clean and 5 star hotel !!!! I wish I didnt stay there !!!waste of time and money

    I was is this hotel last year. I didn't have much time to write a review, but after this holiday, I think this hotel deserve my opinion! What can I say about the hotel, that is really clean, the stuff is really nice and helpfull, and food is deliocious! Only I can complain about mans in reception desk- very rude and unpolite, girls in reception desk were really great! Food was delicious, and you have many choices, so you'll always find something what you like! There are a few bars outside, so you can easly drink, or eat something close to the pool or beach (btw really nice bar on the beach side).The see view from the room is amazing, but of course we had to pay extra for that! Pool and beach was clean,. only we had problems with sunbeds, but we loved to sleep till 12, so it was our faults that we wasn't able to find something free :-)The only problem with this hotel is long distance from the center! Fortunatelly there are lot of busses just in front of the hotel! But if you are not looking for night life is amazing to spend nice time in Turkey! I honestly recommend this hotel for everyone! After this holiday I LOVE TURKEY!!!! They are such nice and polite people!!!!! They really care of the tourists (I don't say only about hotel), but wherever you go you'll feel it :-)
