    Tiny rooms, housekeeping does not do a good job with cleaning the rooms. Bedroom ceiling light was not working one if them, so felt like one area of the bed had a blind spot, tried to tell front desk about it but they didn’t seem to care, Value for money hotel, perfect location only 5 mins away on foot from Gare D’Lest station. But the walk can be anywhere between 45-55 mins as the road to the hotel is all old styled pebbled road, so every step your luggage would get stuck so dragging luggage to the hotel is a huge challenge. So even though the station is so close, it felt like walking forever.

    Food was rubbish, rooms dirty, and most important receptionis lady very rude, conversation with her was very low... I did say that I left my black jacket in room, I've got the answer that is not her bussines and job to go and check, I been told to not come back to turkey !!! if I'm not happy... all staff was very nice to me all week, just 1 person break everything. Never come back just because of her. BISHRA HER NAME

    The hotel does not fit 3 stars. The hotel is worn out and needs updating. The towels and bed sheet, which is rather a big towel, is old with stains. The fifth floor room had at least hot water, but during shower the water went from hot to cold to hot. The best part was the last evening guest - a cockroach, which ruined the last night. The hotel reception didn't even care.

    We stayed in the hotel for like a week,but during the trip it kept getting worse worse. The breakfast was very poor (eggs and sausages). The blanket in the room was rather a towel (and it wasnt that hot yet in Turkey). The shower was one of a kind. When you get in your room late at night dont wait for the hot or even warm water to appear. Even when the hot water did apper,the water flow consistently changed from freezingly cold to unbearably hot. Obviously you could smoke in the gates of the hotel,because our gate was full with smoke !!!! Dont wait for the wifi at your room. Even when you get it at the lobby,it is very poor quality. Without the pool this hotel would get 0.5 stars out of 5. Although i did not expect anything fancy,but we have been to other hotel which was also rated as 3 out of 5, and it was waaaaaaay better than this one. Long story short. If you want to spend at your hotel the minimum of your time,then welcome.

    We were in the room at the 1st floor.Toilet was broken, no hot water in the evenings, very noisy. Friends got cockroach in their room. Sorry, but very far from 3 star hotel…Only good thing - there is a pool.
