Location

This apartment complex is located in the centre of beautiful well-tended gardens in Alanya, roughly 60 m away from a sandy beach. An abundance of shops and entertainment venues are located between 100 and 200 metres from the complex. Public transport departs from stops located directly in front of the apartments.

Facility

37 apartments are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk provides a smooth check-in/check-out service. Amenities include a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The apartment hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (no extra charge) or in the car park. Further services and facilities include medical assistance, room service, an alarm call service and a laundry service. A bicycle hire service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.

Central heating ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the double bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. Parasols and comfortable sun loungers are available on the sun terrace. A variety of refreshing drinks await guests at the pool bar. Leisure activities and facilities at the hotel include cycling/mountain biking, beach volleyball, a gym and a spa or, for a fee, massage treatments. Activity coordinators organise an entertainment programme for adults and children.

Meals

The dining area includes a restaurant and a bar. Half board can be booked. A delicious breakfast is an excellent reason to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests can order dishes à la carte or choose a set menu.

Great value for money & best location

Spent 2 weeks in a self catering room on the third floor with a sea view & we enjoyed one of our favourite holidays here! Some say the hotel is tired, I think it exudes an old school Turkish charm. Our rep messed up the time of one of our trips and although the staff don’t speak English they tried so hard to help me and rang him on their phone. A library of books is in the reception where there is also a great free Wi-Fi connection so I could still work when necessary. The pool was professionally cleaned by an outside company every morning & evening. It was so clean it was a pleasure to swim in. Couldn’t get my kids out of it. Conveniently located - a short walk from the beach. Promenade so pretty ! Beautiful authentic Turkish fish Restaurant if you turn right (only Turkish people eat there - they were surprised we found it). Closest restaurant is the reggae bar / restaurant on the seafront which is best for vibe & value locally. 10-15 min walk takes you into the main throng of the city or a 4euro taxi. Also only a short commute for eftalia waterpark (give the closer one a miss), the big hamam spas, where the pirate party ships are docked and paragliding. Fully recommend the pink panther trip too although it’s further to travel to. I would return in a heartbeat! Great value for money on our humble opinion.

Never again... luckily, we only stayed 5 nights... and it was still a terrible experience... No bar! No attractions on the hotel premises! There's only a dining room, and you get the same breakfast every day. This hotel should be closed immediately!... Dirt everywhere... My wife burst into tears when we entered the room... It looked terrible... The furniture was falling apart, the curtains were torn... The air conditioning was broken... Cigarette ash in the sink... Overall, it was a filthy place. We had to buy our own cleaning products and clean up... Horrible.... Never again!!!

Horrendous filthy place. When we arrived there was bags of rubbish in kitchen cupboards. Bathroom was filthy and mouldy. Room wasn't cleaned the whole week. Bedding was only chajged after 4 days because we pestered staff for 4 days. We had to go and buy bleach disinfectant a mop and cloths .Sockets are loose and hanging off of the walls. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. There was no air conditioning in any room except the bedroom and we had to pay to use it! We also had to pay for WiFi. Pictures are nothing like what it actually looks like. There are no parasols at the pool there is no pool bar. The staff don't speak English and are very rude. Me and my grandchildren got very very sick after using the pool. We were ill for days as it doesn't appear to get cleaned. My grandson left his iPhone when we left because he was ill. Hotel denied they had it until we pointed out its tracked and showing in the hotel. They then admitted to having it and suggested sending it back with an English family who were staying in the hotel! Now they are ignoring all correspondence. AVOID this hotel at all costs it will ruin your holiday. It shouldn't even have one star.

Cleaning is very poor found rubbish on tops of cupboards and under units nothing like in pictures on gallery there is no pool bar no umbrellas around the pool you have to pay extra for air conditioning and WiFi no TV reception bit tired and run down everything looks a bit tatty

This hotel is absolutely horrible. They make you pay for WiFi and air-conditioning. The whole building is falling apart and is dirty and mouldy. You would have to ask for someone to go and clean your room and even after it's been cleaned it's still dirty. After the bathrooms are "cleaned" you can still see that the mirror and skink are still dirty and that they didn't even bother wiping down the counter and toilet. There's no hand soap,shampoo and toilet paper left in any of the rooms. There's no bar in the hotel as was shown in the pictures. The food is the restaurant was very poor, there's no options. Whatever they decide to give you is what everyone will eat. The swimming pool closes at 6pm which is disgraceful. The Old lady will rudely kick you out and tell you that it's time to clean it. The hotel is infested with cockroaches they are found all over the hotel and rooms and even in our suitcases. The shower walls are all mouldy and most times when you would go shower there's no hot water. The staff is so rude except certain members of staff like one of the cleaners and 2 of the secretaries. Don't belive any of the pictures and any other reviews. I wouldn't spend my money here. DONT BOOK
