  OMG WHAT A NIGHTMARE

  My Wife and I arrived at around 04:00am and Found ourselves having to wake the security up, As I was just recovering from a Knee Operation and had requested a Ground Floor Room, I was taken aback to be shown our room up on the 2nd floor. Granted security carried our Case up to our room. The Morning after, we saw the Manager and Thankfully a ground Floor room was found for us around 12 Noon.Room At first glance the room we had been given looked Fine and would be ok for the week, but soon we found the Bathroom was totally unclean and disgusting.the shower was disgusting all along the Base and the grout on the Tiles was totally manky ( gross ). the Ceiling was bowing Due to a Constant Dripping of water that half filled the bin or flooded the floor, a bulb was out ( Broken ) above the Mirror and we got told that it could take up to 2&1/2 hrs before they could fix it, the Toilet flusher Broke and after 3hrs was Fixed/Repaired, but All the old dirty broken bits just got left on the floor. WHY ??. All these findings where relayed to the Cleaner who did come to the room Daily but Nothing got changed.We are by no-means Fussy or Picky and we can , and are Prepared to overlook general wear and tear. But we will Not Overlook Dirtiness like this, No-one took note of anything we said so we had to Put Up & Shut UP. Pool Area. Now where do I start ???? First of all I can clearly state that on the Grounds of Health & Safety the Childrens pool area should have been closed off as all around the pool was in disrepair and unsafe, sharp edges from the broken Plastic Overflow covers, as well as Missing Plastic sections all around the Pool.the so called sunbeds where plentiful, possibly because guests didn't want to use them. out of around 50/60 sunbeds around the pool only around 10%-15% where in half decent condition.Quite a few times we found that we would fall through them. The tables around the pool ( if you could find one) where the Dirtiest that I have seen in all my years of Holidaying. Disgusting to say the least.Meals As you would find at Any Hotel Meal times are given. for example,B/Fast 08:00-10:00 Lunch 12:30-14:00 & Dinner 19:00 - 21:00.On our First Night we arrived at the Evening meal at 20:00 only to find that there was Nothing for us to eat, except for the remains of the Salad bar, we asked the staff and also the Chef if there was any more Hot food or Salad to be replenished, only to be Told NO, NO MORE FOOD All Gone FINISHED. From that night on we ate out. to state this Hotel was A/I was a Joke, if you did not find yourself at the front of the Mass Stampede of Animals that seemed to arrive from Nowhere YOU GOT NOWT.In General. If you are British and find that you possess everyday things such as Politeness & Manners, you will Not fit in at this Hotel. please do not take note of any of the Beautiful photo's or the great comments, The Staff, Management & any other person Employed at this Hotel are Simply RUDE and do not listen to your Complaints. A Total waste of Money.we have covered Most Areas of Turkey and found the Turkish people to be fantastic in both Friendliness and hospitality but we have Never Been treated so Badly as we were at this hotel.

  Great all inclusive holiday.

  Was welcomed at 2.30am with a huge smile. My bag was carried up to my room, I was shown how to use the air conditioning and tv....given my key and given the time for breakfast. The rooms were large and very clean. Was looked after well all my holiday. Nothing was too much trouble, a free bus is provided daily to and from the beach. Your room is cleaned daily, clean towels, I was brought some flowers for my room which was so kind, the food was turkish and was cooked to a good standard. The staff were cleaning all the time. I was greeted with a smile and was looked after very well I plan on going back again. Excellent value for money.

  Don't believe the bad reviews, we would go back in a heartbeat.We arrived at the hotel at 4.30am and was greeted and taken to our room. I wasn't very happy as we were on the top floor with a 6 year old but nothing could be done at that time of the morning. The following day I met the owner/manager Onur, he moved us down to a lower floor straight away. The rooms are brilliant, 2 massive bedrooms, 2 balconies and a huge living room, and they were cleaned daily and fresh towels every day. OK the food isn't to everyone's taste, but you don't go abroad to eat the usual food. The owner Onur and his wife Melek are lovely people as are all of the staff, very accommodating. the pool area is clean as is the restaurant. We enjoyed it that much that we are hoping to return in August :) Thank you to everyone at the Andros for a fantastic holiday :)

  When you choosing a 3* hotel don't be surprised when you got a 3* hotel (food, rooms, pool area). But additionally you will get quite high service loyalty.The main reason why everything here don't goes better - this hotel was bought from other owner few month ago, and growing very fast since now. So if you chose this hotel - don't be very strict. These guys really work hard - this will be simple to see.

  If you choose this 3* hotel, don't be surprised if you got what you chose - 3* hotel(food, rooms and pool area). But additionally you will be surprised with service loyalty. All guys are very attentive and positive.
